Fantastic location! And so beautiful.

Fresh fruit would have transformed the ordinary breakfast into something special. Regarding your question as to the type of trip, I traveled with my best friend, not my husband, so I was neither solo nor a couple.

The location could not have been better. Our room overlooked the ocean and at night we kept the door ajar for the breeze and to listen to the waves while we slept. Great restaurants and a supermarket close by. We visited at the end of the season when most activities to do were no longer on offer but it was still great. Peaceful and restorative.

A really great hotel in a stunning location, just on the outskirts of the tiny town of Armenistis. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and giving us recommendations for places to eat or visit. The location has everything you could need, with a great pool, lovely beaches nearby (including private steps into the sea from the hotel) and a few nice restaurants in the local town.

Air circulation in common areas ( lobby/ breakfast area) was lacking, I’d highly recommend adding fans to this area it would make it much more pleasant. Specially in the morning

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible and we enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband loved the private swimming cove in the sea. Across the street is one of the top restaurants in the island. We hope to return!

Beautiful little hotel right on the ocean. Beautiful garden and views. Pathway that leads right down to the water. Very attentive staff. Walkable to everything.

I love this hotel. Clean, spacious, and bright rooms with the most incredible views. Lovely and friendly staff, nice breakfast, love the pool. Highly recommend!!

Rooms aren't huge, but absolutely spotless and well proportioned. HUGE balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was fantastic and great views while eating. Staff is great. 1-2 mins walk to restaurants and 1-2 mins walk to the sea. Second year in a row we have stayed here and NEVER disappointed.

I am a very frequent traveler (38 countries and counting!). I NEVER go back to the same place twice. However, this is the THIRD year in a row I've taken my family to this hotel. An absolute gem. Phenomenal location, super clean, awesome breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. Do NOT hesitate to book a stay here!

Incredible views, great value, lovely breakfast, & within walking distance to restaurant shops & of course the beach!

The AC in our room must not have been working properly as it was warmer in our room compared to outside. I let the front desk know and they said they would look into it, but nothing changed the next night and I never heard anything back.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and an amazing view where you can just, relax and gaze out all day and night!Great breakfast every day and staff were great. Rooms cleaned everyday and very comfortable!

This hotel is a fantastic value. It exceeded my expectations. What made it a great value was the rooms were spacious, they provided us with a complimentary breakfast which I was not expecting. Our rooms were quickly cleaned daily. We arrived early and even though check in time was 3 PM they had our rooms ready early. The pool was a nice size kept very clean with adequate chairs. The view of the sea was excellent. Even though I was only able to book a room with a patio and garden view since the others were not available, we still had a view of the sea. The patio was set up with tables and chairs and a lounge chair. The staff works extremely hard. The woman who cleaned our rooms worked breakfast then went to do all the cleaning of the rooms. You get a lot for what the cost was. Location was great with many restaurants around. Sophia was of assistance securing us taxi rides when needed. She also set up our pick up from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the rooms supplied everything we needed. Once again this was a three star hotel that went above my expectations. Would highly reccommend. They also had a spa area that we did not use. It did look well maintained and if I stayed longer I may have used it.

They had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the water where they served drinks in the evening. It would have been nice if they had someone to entertain with greek music for atmosphere. We would have had drinks there in the evening if there was something to entertain us. There were guests out on the balcony at night so we did not stop for drinks. If there were more people we would have had a drink or two. To be fair we were there around the middle to end of September so it may have been more crowded in peak season.

Some superior doubles are larger than others . The ones on the 3rd floor are larger than those on 4th and have larger balconies so the room description is inconsistent

A gem dominating at Armenistis area above the crystal waters of the Aegean Sea. It's the place where you can stay for relaxation and maybe you don't want to move away from this beautiful hotel, well-maintained which offers breath-taking views of the moon, the Sea and the magic scenery of this area. Our comfortable room was terrific with a sea-view balcony and so relaxing images. The staff was excellent, the ladies at the front desk very willing to assist with any request and welcomed us in a very warm manner offering drinks upon arrival. A special mention to Triantafyllia who gave us a lot of tips for exploring in the best way the beauties of the magical Ikaria, thanks a lot! The maids were keeping the room and the common areas spotless, the breakfast really delicious with several options. It's a must to dive into the waters just in front of the hotel at anytime during the day or the night! Great value for money!

It was beautiful. The direct access to the ocean through a stone path and ladder was incomparable. Beautiful clear turquoise water. Multiple beaches were near by. Food options suggested by staff were all good. Some were walking distance- some you needed a car to get to. Some small town souvenir shops within walking distance with hand made goods available. Views were beautiful from all balconies and breakfast was very plentiful with lots of options. Snack options offered were perfect for after a long drive or mid-day snack.

If you haven’t been to Ikaria-there is a 1hr 40 minute drive through winding mountain roads the entire way to Armenitis. The hotel cannot control this, but they offer refreshments when you arrive to help you relax after the long stressful drive. Some of staff were busy and not able to help us very much the first day. If staying less than 2 days, book massages a few days ahead.

The staff was very friendly and took care of requests. They also participated into friendly conversations that helped us understand the island and its people better.
