We loved this hotel- location was fantastic- rooms were fine- big enough and all you need - a little balcony - great old building- very clean and the host Phillpos was wonderful- save your appetite for the most amazing local breakfast- something different every day - sesame cake carob cake olive and fetta bread home made jam it was fantastic close to the bath house and all the restaurants and beach will be back

Phillippos is always helpful and welcoming. He even got us connected with taxi services. His rooms are clean and right in town. The breakfast is excellent.

The elevator can be confusing but once you figure it out, no worries.

Spotlessly clean and cozy rooms with exceptional service! Filippos is incredibly kind, helpful, and warm hearted - he went above and beyond to assist us with everything from arranging taxis to offering great local recommendations and answering all our questions. The hotel is just steps away from the beach and surrounded by everything you might need—market, restaurants, and more. The overall vibe is super relaxing, and the mountain breeze on the balcony made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location is ok, on a quiet backstreet but close to the centre of the village and seafront.

Well, our stay didn't start well when there was no one there to greet us. The room keys were just left on the reception desk and we had to find our own way to the room.The hotel itself is very old, dark and gloomy and in need of modernisation. It isn't super clean, the rooms are small and sparsely decorated and there was no hot water in the mornings (which is kind of ironic - as this is a hot springs resort).Our room had the option of not having breakfast included, but there are no facilities in the room at all, apart from a very old fridge, which we had to turn off because it was too noisy.The hotel owner seemed indifferent to us being there.

Phillip and his staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem for them . They treated me very well and made my holiday enjoyable. Shops , bakery and restaurants were all within walking distance and so was the lovely beach ⛱️

Phillip, the owner, is a wonderful, hands on host who keeps the hotel running smoothly. His cleaning staff are top notch and they keep the place in immaculate condition. The hotel serves a hearty, continental breakfast and there are numerous, inexpensive restaurants 100 meters away at the beach that serve drinks and meals.

Everything! Simple, but fantastic! Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, lovely and helpful owners. We will be back.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice location steps away from the sea and the hot spring. It is a basic hotel but what else do you need on such a magic place like Ikaria.

The amazing hospitality of the host Phillip. He was always so helpful In the morning when we went down for breakfast we were greeted with the wonderful aroma of fresh baking. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was always immaculate. It was close to the beach, restaurants and coffee bars an easy 2 block walk in Therma but the hotel was quiet and serene.

excellent breakfast great location and great customer service will definitely stay here again on my next visit to this amazing island God willing that will be next year.

A simple, very good located and clean Hotel. What makes the difference here is the whole staff of the hotel who is extremely nice! It was a pleasure to stay here and meet the people.

Cheap prices for a double room near the thermal springs and located in the center of Therma village. You can easily reach Ag. Kyrikos through a 20 minute walk, by car through the main road or buses.

Furniture and style a bit “old”. Breakfast available with an extra charge.

On the first day the air conditioner was broken, the next day they changed our room. They took care of every problem, thank you.
