Elegant hotel, close to the varfurdo. Great spa inside. Breakfast and dinner tasty. Really nice staff

Nice location, near the Gyula castle. Very nice spa with saunas, indoor and outdoor pools.Big, clean room, spacious bathroom.

Extremely poor coffee at the breakfast. Very few choices of fruits and vegetables at breakfast and dinner.

The location is fantastic. Rooms are comfy and quiet

The dinner was second to none, the room perfectly sized, clean with a big balcony with a perfect view, personnel friendly, helpful and always there for you, good pool and terrace.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. Its location near Gyulai Várfürdő was super convenient.The food was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste.The wellness facility was another highlight—well-maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back!

The garden and the outdoor pool are wonderful, very relaxing, we spend the whole day here, just reading and seat on the sunbeds. If you're looking for this kind of thing, is the right place. The location is the best in Gyula, you can't find a better view of the castle.Bathroom is large, modern with a good size of the shower cabine.

The furniture needs some upgrade, the room was a little bit old, beds and pillows not that comfortable.The indoor spa needs some upgrade too.

Clean hotel, big rooms, nice spa area ,very good food(dinner and breakfast), fast check in and check out, nice personal, quiet at night.

Would be nice to provide body lotion and shower cap.

Everything is just like the pictures, we were surprised that even though the spa area is not very big, it has everything you need to relax for a couple of hours and it was much better than larger ones we've been to (the jacuzzi really works and gives you a good massage, not just bubbles, the saunas were very hot and properly cleaned, there is free water and towels available as well). The room was huge, too bad we only spent a night here. Dinner and breakfast were also great, the options were super tasty and we did not miss anything. We highly recommend this hotel even if it is a bit more expensive than others.

Very nice hotel in the center of Gyula. Comfortable room with a view of the beautiful garden and pool. Very good pools. Safe parking place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was outstanding, we had a great stay and have nothing but good words to say about the hotel, the pool, the personnel, the food. I was with my wife and our 1 year old son and the little one had a fantastic experience (he slept great, he loved the pool, we had enough food choices for him). We had a great and relaxing time here, for sure we will visit again. The location is great, everything is close to it.

Staff is excellent

The hotel organised party late in the evening , around midnight it was still very noisy.

Exceptionally clean and rather quiet. The staff is polite and very helpful, most of them are young and speak fluent English. The hotel is warm enough, bathrooms a bit warmer than rooms. You can choose from a variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. All the cooked food is warm and delicious. Three kinds of juice are available at breakfast, together with cold and warm milk, tea, water and a wide range of coffee. Both breakfast and dinner include several desserts.

At dinner drinks are not available for free and I wish they were, at least water and coffee.

Close to the quiet part of the city, nice staff

Poor breakfast, met better even at 3* hotels. The room was for persons who use wheelchair, kicked my feet several times in the bars from the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short, didn’t closed the shower place, everywhere was water. Can’t imagine how a person in wheelchair can close that curtain, it’s too high, and it didn’t roll.

Very good food, big room and clean. Great location; friendly staff. Pets are allowed.

Can't acces the pool in late evening and early morning. Early check-out (at 10). Sauna and jacuzzi are closing sooner than announced on running schedule. No drinks included at dinner.

We had a really good time here, food and drinks are delicious, staff is friendly and helpful and everything is nice and clean. Lovely garden

We liked everything.The wonderful location overlooking the Gyula Fortress, the hospitality of the hosts, good food .

The location is excellent, central and lots of bird singing. I loved the garden with sunbeds and the wellness area with several jacuccis.

The room was a bit noisy due to people passing by in the corridor and parking in front of the window. The food was excellent but for late dinner after 8pm it was not hot anymore. At late breakfast the Roibos tea couldn't be replenished (I asked)

Staff was very polite room was clean in general everything was good.And I can't forget the cat :-)

The watter was cold in the swimming pool but it was clean and nice.
