Wellness Hotel Gyula

Excellent hotel with great options for families with kids, from kids pools to kids playground and animators they have everything. The hotel is very clean, everything is well though out. I will visit again for sure.

Food could be more diverse as you don't have too many options to choose from (especially if you are vegetarian).

Very good value per money spent. The food is varied and very tasty and the spa is proper. Easy to settle parking.

At some point we asked for dry towels and the staff couldn't assist.

Food was really good. Quiet and clean rooms.

Beds are not very comfortable. Pool area is not that large.

Staff at reception. Check in was mentioned at 15:00. When we arrived they said we could of taken lunch which was at 13:00 but no where mentioned. Additionnally we had to leave 1 day before and the receptionist made us pay for the whole trip although we did not spend the last night and also of course did take the breakfast because our daughter was sick.

Perfectly organized Hotel, especially for families with kids. You have absolutely all you will need for your baby or todler from pool and toys to playroom and cutlery in restaurant.

Very Clean, Wellness area and pool are great, great food, friendly staff.

Everything was excelent, nice and clean, very good food.

We suggest to have everything translated in English, including the TV channels.

Hotel is not big, Facilities are good. Pool and spa are quite well, clean and well maintained.

Noise restaurant

Spacious room,the wellness facilities and location. Restaurant cakes and staff.

The bathroom had a very bad smell from the sewer. Diverse menu but very few dishes were tasty. Very bad coffee.

Nothing really.Just to offer Goulash please and maybe more Hungarian foods like beef stew.

Meal was Good, Room nice, clean, staff happy to help.

Poor coffee. Soft drinks taste more like water. Paying extra 15% (billed) to be served in a restaurant: strange politics for a country known for their hospitality. Receptionist tend to correct people speaking their language, even if they understood what you asked. Bad habit, but typical for Hungary!

We got full board booking, breakfast and dinner were fine, good food, variety. Also, swimming pool, sauna all nice. Close to public resort, which was also nice (aquapark).

Lunch on the other hand was really poor, couple of choices, fried food.Beds, at least for our room were too firm, ended up with some backpain after 4 nights. Needed cash for pool table and other things in there, no option at the hotel to pay by card.At checkout, I got an invoice which was higher than expected, all on paper, but couldn't make up what I had to pay for really.

Great service, great pool and saunas, very clean room and very good food. There is a paid parking but you can park on the other side of the park for free (5 mins walk)

Breakfasts and dinners were very good, while the lunch a bit less. Desserts were very simple and not great.

The hotel has quiet, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, especially those from the restaurant. Great facilities for kids; the playroom is great!

Although it appears larger in pictures, the indoor spa area is actually smaller.

The food was tasty, clean facilities, nice spa, friendly staff, underground parking, near thermal center.

I booked it for my parent's for their 60th birthday and they had a great time. They had a great time, and they said the place was amazing, staff was very nice and friendly. It was very nice to be able to pay for everything in advance with a card online.
