Ensana Ursina

Everything is very clean, the meals are delicious and different every day. The hotel is under the forest and the birds and the view from the balcony help you relax a lot. The location is in a quiet place, perfect for rest and leisure. The hotel personal is very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing to complain about, only good and pleasant experiences.

Great support to manage booking changes! Nice restaurant staff helped us to manage birthday celebration. Food variety and quality according to 3 stars. Spa was so full, that they had they had to give sauna sheets instead of towels.

We paid for a double room but what we got were two beds put together that weren't comfortable at all.

There were few people (early October), so it was comfortable. The spa has two small pools (one with salt water, one with a jacuzzi) and two saunas. Great massage. The food in the restaurant is quite tasty. Nice service. I'd be happy to come again.

Excellent vacation at Ursina

The staff were courteous and friendly. Getting to our room and resting was a priority when we arrived and it was such a relief when all went smoothly. The spa was a treat but also the Bear lake. The restaurant needs a bit of attention. It would help to have at least one experienced waiter to train the young staff to be professional. They were hard working but you need to see that they enjoy their work and dealing with customers professionally.

It was overpriced and not friendly staff, I had to get down to the swimming pool with my room towels.

The only minus and my reason to give 9 instead of 10 is the lack of the kettle in the room , should be a kettle in a room in a 3* hotel , more reason is that they offer healing facilities and maybe they are people who want to have a cup of tea in the middle of the night. In other countries, a kettle is a standard even for low-cost hotels ,I am saying this being a heavy traveller . Also, other hotels from Ensana Group in other countries have this item as standard in the roomFor the rest of the services provided,well done guys, I'll be back at yours!

Very clean hotel and spa. Food was diverse and very tasty, each day different food.

Contacting the property was impossible on the phone or via Customer service. Receptionists are not dedicated and often missing.

We always enjoy the time spent at Ursina: fresh air from the woods behind the hotel, comfy beds and spacious rooms, good food, and - this time - excellent coffee. We appreciate that our requests have been granted: instant coffee was replaced with an excellent espresso served at breakfast. The spa and medical services are great. We are looking forward to our next trip.

The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

I have made the reservation for my parents. They really enjoyed the service (at check-in they have asked for a larger room) and the facilities, the hotel is very clean and the SPA as well. Breakfast and dinner were also very good.They had a room with a back view to the woods, but it was perfect for relaxation.

Everything was perfect, friendly and helpful personal, I really recommend those facilities from the complex and from hotel Ursina

The hotel is above 3 stars level, actually it's 4 stars level! The rooms were new or renovated, very nice! The breakfast was very good and rich, the spa center of the hotel was superb but you could use also the spa center of Ensana (former Danubius) Hotel if you used the underground tunnel. All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location, for sure we will come again.
