Clean room, and hotel, good breakfast, location was great.

Locatie centrala, SPA extraordinar, camere mari curate si cu balcon, AC functioneaza excelent, mic dejun delicios.

Room: Clean. Very nice shower. Very hot 23 degrees, could not set the temperature. Impossible to foold the window and door. We also accommodated the cat for 100 lei per night.Breakfast: varied, good, hearty breakfast. espresso and long coffee, no cappuccino or latte. no natural juices.Dinner: good dinner. very good appetizers, especially cheeses and celery salad. Vegetable soup, pork or beef soup we served. The meats were very tasty, the side dishes good and the pickles extraordinary. The cakes were bad, with a lot of artificial cream and colorings, except for the homemade meatballs with cheese which were special.Spa: Great thermal water, but a little dirty (epithelial cells and hair). Very good dry sauna. They had ice and cold water for those who wanted it. The jets for the neck and back rarely turned on. There were very nice sitting bubbles. The wet sauna was cold, you couldn't stand in it and sweat. I only used the dry sauna. The tiles in the basement -2 were a little slippery. I slipped. Overall, there were fewer attractions than I would have thought for the money.Massage: massage: pleasant and with lots of health informationParking: There was a problem with the parking: there were no free spaces and everything was very complicated to get to a larger parking lot. It is not concreted, just broken stone.There is a barrier at the entrance and exit. If you do not give the ticket you received at the entrance when you pay, you have to call a number written on the barrier to be able to leave, even if you have paid.At the reception when you enter nicely if you have parked and pay, they do not ask you about the entrance ticket for validation in case you forget to validate it.Personal: very kind.

We had a great stay at Ensana Bradet. A couple with 2 children we enjoyed the facilities, rooms, cleanness, spa, breakfa

All the facilities togheter.. the green and forest environment, the salted water, the professional kitchen and the meniu rich in varieties and fruits and vegetables and planned by nutritionists , massages well selected, the rooms ..!

In reference to room 507, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness and the breathtaking view from the room.

Nice wellness and nice rooms

Super expensive food , as we wanted to eat just a soup at lunch the staff wasn’t flexible and friendly. First they wanted 110 lei ( around 30€) for the soup because only a menu was possible .Hardly we could manage to get our soups. For this amount of money for 2 nights should not be an issue the have small lunch to an acceptable price.

Spacious room with great view, good spa, positioned in the heart of the touristic area of Sovata. A four star hotel with great reception staff. Congrats for that!

For a four star hotel with a price of approx 160 euros for a double room/night, it would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the room. Also, a welcome beverage or at least some water as you usually get in a four star hotel for this price. We could hear every noise from the hallway in the room - this was not so pleasant. Some of the staff from the restaurant and the spa area bar were a bit jumpy at relatively harmless remarks. For the price of the room the parking could be included in the room rate.

All the family members loved the pools, food, the spa etc. the staff its very friendly, communicative and helpful. A+ service, highly recommended.

Great location, very good facilities for treatment; nice people, ready to help. Room quit nice with wonderful view.

Hotel presentation doesn’t mention the treatment facilities do not belong to Bradet hotel but to Sovata hotel. On top of that Bradet hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. That means that for treatment and for meals or even for a coffee you have to take the elevator, to pass through a tunnel of hundred of meters and then to take a way back to your room. That’s unacceptable for a four stars hotel as Bradet claims it is. And the hotel advertising is missleading, doesn’t show the real conditions.

The food was very good (we took breakfast and dinner). The view was spectacular. The service was good. The Spa area was never too crowded. Parking was available for a fee. The location is very good, close to the center and there are a lot of hiking possibilities around.

Large hotel near local nature attraction. Great spa with few thermal and swimming pools, jacuzzies etc. Beautiful forest all around, thermal and mud lakes at walking distance. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful.

Steep terrain with many stairs may be less enjoyable for elders. Hotel's own restaurant is quite overpriced.

The excelent bad, the beautiful view, the divers end excellent food. The silent mornings with only the bird’s songs.

All good but Spa very slow jacuzzi you have to wait an hour after it stops after 15 min to restart and is small for the size of the hotel. The rest Sauna Etc fantastic.

Rooms can be cleaned better. The rest was good. Amazing food.

Unable to contact hotel Bradet before my arrival.Long time to wait for check-in. Was only one lift for hundred guestsThe floor at the pool was very slippery. High risk for old people with poor mobility.Old carpets in tunel.Everything looks exactly like 30 years ago.The breakfast and dinner food was the same almost every day.

the restaurant in Bradet is closed, I ate at the other very crowded restaurant! I only paid for the very expensive accommodation without any other facilities !
