Hotel Relax & Resort Sovata

The location was breathtaking, the breakfast was like home made tipic transilvanian, and the Spa was really relaxing.I hope I can return soon.

The coffee was not tasty at breakfast, and they did not have lactosefree milk.

The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious and you have everything you need .The inside spa area is small just 6 beds a small pool 2 jacuzzi and 3 saunas, the capacity i think is maximum 10 people inside.The outside area looks really good .

The restaurant and breakfast area are really small .The front desk clerk seems to be really upset with everyone he needs to check his attitude.... .

A relaxing location with quality facilities. The room with panorama view is perfect to see the Sovata area. The breakfast was very good with local food also for vegetarians. The SPA is a relaxing place and very good for us.

Everything was cool and relaxing:) Super warm rooms, great breakfast, spa was chill and comfortable.

Excellent location with nice panoramic view. The food was amazing. Genuine Transylvania kitchen, taste and big portion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place where to stay with the family. Highly recommended

Everything was excellent. I couldnt find anything which i didnt like. So for me its the best place where you can relax during your vacation.

We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Swedish style breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly personnel and willing to accommodate to your needs.

Rooms are not very well insulated, you could hear very easy the voices from the room near. Luckily the people were civilized and didn’t make any noise. There was no description of the facilities in Romanian or English! I found not polite to have one in Hungarian. It also not according to the fire safety laws to miss instructions in the local language.

Spacious rooms, nice view from the balcony, cozy terrace. Breakfast was tasty with various local sausages. The pool area also has a nice view. The staff was very friendly and even offered to switch rooms since we had difficulties with he stairs. Overall a nice and well maintened hotel.

Te stairs might be an issue if you have health problems.

The location was very nice. Top of a hill, so nice view and also a nice hike after dinner in town.

The location is perfectGood breakfast

No food available until 6 pm, and the kitchen closes at 8 pm. Poor choices for dinner.

Food was excellent. Mattress has to be renew. Not to comfortable.

Hotel is little bit high from the city centre

We liked the pool area, the fact that it was pretty close to the center (10 minutes walk) but far enough to not hear all that noise. The room and the balcony ware comfortable.

- Too many kids jumping in the pool even though it wasn’t allowed.- Not many options at the dinner- Dirty towels

The towels in the room have an unpleasant smell. There should be more attention from the staff when serving dinner during its entire period.

It was close to the centre, the rooms were okay.

The food was not very good, the room we got was very small.

Comfortable beds, great view, a balcony, excellent food at the restaurant, and good choices at the breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The food. Their chicken wings are the best. The breakfast was also good.

A pool is advertised but it wasn’t “working”. Couldn’t have a massage because that service needs to be booked a day before (just went to spend a night there). There’s no air con and the room was boiling at night (27degrees celcius). There’s a fan in the room but try to sleep with it’s noise …The staff … a smile would get recommended.

Very nice hotel, with amazing breakfast and lind staff. Clean, confy room, spa is also good.

In the spa only the jacuzzi was working, (not the other stuff, like sauna) which is ok if we know in advance :)

The hotel is very nice, clean room of decent size. The spa area is quite small but we didn’t find it crowded. The staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel is at a good location. The room was clean and quiet. The wellness area has two huge hiydromassage bathtubs, a Finnish sauna and a small pool, all of which are excellent.

The room at the attic we got was super small, exacerbated by the pitched roof, so we couldn't sit up in the bed. The bed was king size with two mattrasses, which moved all the time apart from each other. The room had only one power outlet and no light lamps. Information about the dinner, availability of the saunas or other services was confusing and/or lacking. Reception is only till 9pm.

All good: staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, clean and spacious rooms, tasty breakfast. Bonus: we got access to the spa even in the morning of our departure.

Spa is undersized compared to the number of rooms the hotel has. Only 7 sunbeds in the spa area. The 2 jacuzzi can fit 8-10 max persons at once.

The room was nice, the staff was friedly.The spa is small and crowded, and the resaurand had a chaotic schedule - they closed by 8 or 9 - but the breakfast was very good
