Plaza V Executive Hotel

The hotel has a great central location, making it easy to walk to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. I also appreciated the modern design and clean feel of the rooms and common areas.

The biggest downside was the traffic noise in the evenings, which was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a problem, especially in rooms facing the main street

No heating , the hot water was switch with the cold one and we didn’t know, when we ask for help the butler got upset and despite us.

This is a two star category. Crooks to oretemd they are a 5 star!

Dark. Stains everywhere. Did not even have place to put my toothbrush in the bathroom and I booked an Executive Suite! Super noisy „suite“. They did not even have lights in the room, could barely see things in my luggage. The pillows are made of hard cotton balls and kids‘ size. Never seen anything like it.

It was clean, the bad was confortable and the waitress from breakfast was nice.

It did’t was like in the add. We faced many inconveniences: we were unable to use the restaurant and the bar, from some reasones it didn’t work and we didn’t were informed about it in advance, the spa section didn’t function in a correct way: cold water, cold sauna, moreover, which is a harmful act, the staff from the spa section was breaking our private sphere, she tried to made photoes from us. At a time, the electricity do not worked.

The signal of WIFI in the room was so weak, that I couldn't use.

Central, nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Parking place, saunas and jacuzzi, diversified breakfast.

The location is amazing, as is the entire hotel, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, and a fair welcome pack.

I arrived at the breakfast 10 minutes before 11 a.m., which is the time of breakfast closer, and the restaurant manager advised that I couldn't eat there anymore and that I needed to take it to my room, which isn't a problem, but I was expecting a 4 star hotel to offer to help me carry the breakfast up for me and my partner. He also had a rude attitude and vocabulary.

The staff excellent, especially the lady at the SPA, who asked me ... TO MY GREAT SURPRISE if I want a drink from the bar, so she can fetch it. She did, Thank you. Very nice touch. Great location, clean, great price. I recommend.

In the spa, the water in two jacuzzis were just lukewarm. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.

It was our pleasure to stay here.The location is perfect, we'll worth the extra €10-€15 compared to other hotels.Located right in the heart of the Main Square, and with parking at a premium, the private parking at the rear was ideal.The staff were amazing, and whilst not multi, multi lingual, their Romanian, Russian, English, Hungarian, German and a mix of others were very helpful.The rooms were spacious, and the ones with views over the square (ours was), made it even more pleasurable.The spa facilities were well welcomed after a few days walking round the other Transylvanian towns and cities, and the restaurant was more than adequate!It was also a birthday, and the staff surprised us with a wee something, which was a lovely touch.Everything was spotless, facilities in and around perfect, and all in all, would certainly recommend, which we don't often do!If you chose to stay, I hope your stay is as pleasurable as ours was.10/10

Nothing!Everything did as described and more so!The mist through the mountains did provide some challenging driving though.Add 25% to any timings given for driving directions!

Technically I can't fault this hotel. It's central location, private parking and good breakfast are great features. Still you remain with a feeling that somethings not right. It might just be that there's no heart in this business. It's all technically there but that's it.

I wonder how the 4star rooms look because the 5star one's are not impressive. The airco that heats instead of cools (no matter how you set it and it did so for all the 3 rooms we booked for our company), the dust that is so thick that it makes you sneeze, the elevator that makes the most unsettling noises, the bar that is always open but isn't, double charging for a room at checkout - I can go on and on. I do not recommend. For the money there are far better options available in the area.
