Hotel Privo

Nice location, facilities, parking

Windows do not open so you cannot get fresh air inside the room.

Modern design

No air conditioning- was too warm in the room

The room, the staff is nice, the facilities are good.

The jacuzzi was not that clean, we had the bad luck as the TV was not functional (was fixed by the technitian) and there was a hot water shortage until late at night. So probably only our day was bad but the hotel is great.

The garden

The bed and the shower

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast delicious with a lot of options even for toddlers.

Clean, modern and close tot the city centre

We stayed there before and it was ok, but now it was too hot. AC not working in January but with so much windows it can get preety hot inside.

Very modern and clean hotel. Excellent food and the staff was super nice. Loved the attention given to my child in the restaurant.

Location was good

The room was tired and didn’t feel clean and the same with the bathroom. Doors were dirty and there were crumbs everywhere. At breakfast we were the first there and the floor was dirty from the night/day before.

Location, architectural modern style

Cut costs policy: no more free water in the room; poor toiletries; dust everywhere

- Location- Restaurant- Friedly staff- The style of the hotel

- I did not like that for a hotel with this renown we found a "smoked" IQOS on the table and the room was setup for 1 person even if the booking was made for 2 persons king size bed.

Good location and breakfast.

Cleanliness can be improved.

Wow what a great experience. We only stayed for one night and enjoyed it so much we will definitely be back in the future. Reception staff were friendly and helpful (helped us to look for parking) and the breakfast was heathy and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The room did not have the advertised balcony. This in my opinion is False Advertisement as there is no information that there are rooms with or without balcony (in the same category). Also, while the room has a good size, the layout is horrible. They also had an event and due to the music beeing loud we could not sleep until 01:00 in the morning (and we had to wake up early and hit the road again)

Great breakfast, quiet place, clean and big room, for me great option

well noicy neighbor..., but nothing so dramatic..., I could sleep :-)

It was really nice. Modern, clean, quiet, good food, you can see attention to details everywhere!

On the TV, many channels don't work, especially the HD ones.

Modern, clean, friendly staff

Limited Parking space.

Very good location and view from the balcony

I booked a 5 star room, however the room was not even coose to that. Need maintenance ASAP, the floor is horrible, the bathrobe hangars are broken.

Design, general look

Some maintenance issues, like hangers and mirror. Some refurbishment needed in the room

Design is awesome!Staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was goodRestaurant is great

Bathroom - water was running out when taking a shower...

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The room was excellent and we enjoyed getting a chance to relax in the spa at the end of the day. The staff were lovely and the general atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The views you get over the city are beautiful.

We had some problems connecting to the wifi in our room; the receptionist supplied us with a portable wifi which worked fine for a day, but needed to be replaced again the next evening. On our previous stay we did not encounter this problem.
