The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the room is clean

The breakfast offers a great variety of options but some of them aren't fresh

A beautiful hotel, the only one that deserved 4 stars really from all the ones where we’ve recently visited. It has a beautiful luxurious decor, the reception are is fabulous. It has elevator. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely terrace with sun lounges. The Spa was amazing the pool a good distance to swim, clean, the saunas were nice. The lady looking after the Spa on the day was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just the best! Great selections, tasty, the restaurant is decorated with so much good taste! I loved everything about this hotel!

I can’t think of anything. Maybe the parking was a bit tricky to get to, our navigation system took us through a very steep narrow road, and there was no obvious signage there was some parking at the back of the hotel, so we missed the entrance. But the was street parking available and the road not too busy, so it wasn’t a big issue

The room was big, clean and nicely decorated.

Some of the staff has a bit of an attitude.

The rooms were spacious, staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant onsite was delicious with great service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was fabulous

A cozy hotel with great location in Sovata, 7 minutes walk from Ursu Salt Lake. Big room with balcony and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and a very good SPA zone. Definitely will stay next time here.

I liked the fact that CEO was at the reception when we did the check in and she was absolutely great, very welcoming and friendly. However, the other staff...not friendly.

We did not like the food. The breakfast is not good.

excellent, excellent breakfast - the room has a huge window with a splendid view towards the hills full with trees - the terrace's size was generous - the SPA area was more than enough - the hotel and SPA's reception crew was very polite

Exceptional location with an outstanding view, very clean, premium coffee in rooms, very good food, and very professional, kind, and care people. Look forward to coming back with my family.

There is nothing to dislike.

I felt that the room was not good enough isolated and some cold air around the windows can be felt. The gym should be available earlier from 06.30 for example, the people that use the gym would do it before the breakfast. Parking lots not reserved for the hotel, even that there are available in the area- own parking will bring a plus.

the looks, the design - I think not enough to justify the price and stars

the spa smelled like urine, I don’t know if the products they use have a bad smell, but everyone was complaining, even in the sauna area in plus you have to pay for it anyway- at least if all the rest of services are bad, they should offer the spa in the price of the roomthe breakfast was at 3 stars level - the first day, they didn’t have enough places in the breakfast area and they offered a place in another room, the selection was even smaller than normal, which is not varied anyway. second day no still water, no plain eggs, not too many to choose for a healthy diet, all eggs had bacon on, salad was old when the staff entered to clean the room they just left some towels, didn’t even make the bed, in plus I found extra dark hair in the room, on my shoes, on the bed.. I am blonde,disgusting one complimentary bottle of water for all days, in rest the water is 18 lei ? more expensive than in dubaithe bed was so soft, felt like a bean bag, definitely not 4 stars quality

The family room was quite nice and large and clean.

The SPA is small and overloaded. The sauna was also fully crowded and one of the Turkish sauna was not working.The restaurant offering was poor and quite expensive.

Good breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff. Ecellent view form the room. Nice swimmin pool.

Lack of dedicated parking spot - migh be problematic on busy season times. Neglecting littel aspecs like (outside) window cleaninless does negatively affect the overall good experience.

Overpriced restaurant

Our stay at Fabesca Boutique hotel was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed and located in a stunning setting. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spa facilities were top-notch, rivaling any 5-star resort. A huge thank you to the owners for creating such a special place. I highly recommend this hotel!
