Hotel Muresul Health Spa

We liked everything. The cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast, the food in general, the employees, the quiet, the spa area and the pool. The hotel is located in a beautiful area. We will definitely come back here.

The size of the room, the pool, the location. It was quite relaxing to spent the vacation here having 2 small children.

In one night, noise was coming from the reception area.

Spa access was included in the price, so it was quite hood value for money (although a biy expensive for Sovata if you ask me...). Breakfast was decent (Continental breakfast)

Pool and Spa center should me bigger

We liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel, right in the center of Sovata. It has a large parking place behind the hotel. It features a spa, which is small, but very nice, it has 2 saunas, one dry, one with steam, 1 small salt water pool and a mid-sized swimming pool. Also a jacuzzi and an outside sitting area. We had the breakfast included, which was an international style buffet. It was good overall and fresh but food is average.

The hotel looks kind of old, the bathroom although renovated, smelled like a sewer. The furniture in the balcony is very old and looks really dated. The room has no air conditioning, but did not really need it as in the night it gets kind of cold. It seemed rather expensive for the services received.

Excellent location, and the blond receptionist, Renata, was charming; she gave us the top room with a mile. Although both above 60 and the 3rd floor with no elevators might be challenging for such young folks, the view, the size of the room, and the huge balcony were well worth it. Easy convenient parking. Great health spa in the basement.

I missed a water boiler (kettle) some tea and coffee in the room (still, the fridge was an advantage). The fact that the building has no elevator is not the fault of the property, but I wouldn't say I liked it, as my knees are not brand new. The breakfast is of limited choice for vegetarians and pescatarians. The sauna did not work, and I did not find drinking water in the spa.

The spa was great. Also the location of the hotel was just fine. The restaurant offers you all 3 meals if you choose to, which is great as you don't have to think too much where you will take lunch or dinner. Even more when outside is bad weather.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. Good restaurant with decent prices.

I gave the hotel a low score because they did not ask for vaccination certificates. They would probably say nobody else does, but it's a pity that in the current situation they accept health risk just to make more money.

Very clean with friendly staff, the restaurant and spa are absolutely brilliant.

Even though we had a suite for a couple we had single duvets. These were not very suitable for us.

The SPA access for small kids doing splashes in the pool & babies crying and yelling in the SPA area.
