Emerald Boutique Hotel

No one to work through check in after normal hours. Phone number posted didn't work. Ac didn't work, shower flooded. Room was a constant sauna.

The space is clean and almost quite (beware of the industrial site in nearby). Good breakfast. You will have minimal contact with the staff, as the check-in and entrance are online managed.

The only drawback was the smell of the sink.

Quiet, sound proof (0 noise from the event hall downstairs) , tall room, decent art (photography, drawings and canvas) and vintage furniture, nice marble interiors, excellent money for value, friendly human customer care lady, friendly cleaning lady giving advice on checkout and luggage deposit after checkout. Panoramic view elevator.

Horrible interior design, tv on the diagonal, dirty towels (wtfff), garbage in the bathroom bin at checkin, most complicated selfcheckin method ever experienced, late checkout very very difficult. No breakfast.

The self check in was smooth and provided clear and detailed instructions before my arrival, making the entire experience hassle-free. From entering the building to accessing my room, every step was easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable

Wi-Fi password wasn’t included in the instructions or the room information. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn’t seem to be working as well as it could have, but it wasn’t a huge problem for me

Beautiful design, squeaky clean ✨, comfortable beds, smart choice with the keyless system, the instructions for getting into the room were very easy to follow. It was such a pleasure staying in this hotel, I can only recommend.

The hotel is really designed to cater for wedding parties. The party going on when I arrived was loud and the place was crowded. I had difficulty accessing my room using the coded lock and needed help. The room lacked Airconditioning and the weather was hot.

Good location, quiet room, nice main spaces decoration (not the room it self).

The mattress of the bed wasn't good.I found in my room a piece of salami on the floor (obviously from the previous persons).In the shower the pressure of the water was extremely low, which made the showering procedure very long.The A/C at the room is very old (the ones that are inside the walls) and it didn't cooling the room enough.I arrived at 21:30 and there was no one there in reception to show me where I must go, so I was searching by myself for 10 minutes to find my room. I had received only instructions on my phone about the entry password and the floor of the bedroom which was 0, but from the entrance I got in (because there are more entrances) you needed to go up 1 floor to find the 0 floor even if I was in the ground floor already.My booking was included breakfast which was supposed to be from 07:00 to 10:00. I went to the restaurant at 08:15 and the door was locked. I stared to searching in the hotel because again there was no one in reception and I find the kitchen from where I heard voices and entered there. There were some ladies who were working obviously there and I tried to communicate with them to ask them for breakfast but it wasn't easy because they weren't speaking English. Someone who was speaking was passing at a point (probably worker as well) and he drove me to the restaurant through the kitchen and then he unlocked the restaurant door. After some minutes they brought me 2 fried eggs, some bread, some salami, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of cold cut, some vegetables, some butter and a coffee (espresso). Ok, everything was fresh, but they didn't even asked me if I want to eat these things or if I have any allergies or what type of coffee I want.Also the fact that someone can enter freely like I did in the kitchen where supposed to be for specific persons area only and no one said to me anything was w red flag as well.

Not very nice surrounding, but very close to the factory (the matter of my trip).

Some information at the entrance would be helpfull. (The code console looks like a gate phone for the first sight, must be covered to get the tastatur lighting) , to get the wi fi access code i had to call the contact number. The door hinge is shouting for some oil?

Everything was great, hotel is clean, it's self check in and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

If you book in weekend is possible to don't fond a parking space where the hotel is But they offer you different parking spaces of 5 min from hotel so is also better then nothing Nothing else what I didn't like

Location: close to bus transfer.Ok value for one night, if u are in transit.

Furniture, smell in the room, seems old.Though it writes check_in from 00:00-24:00, i eas given a message that check-in is only after 16 (only after i already booked)There is nobody at the hotel, is a self-check-in/check out via an app: you get a code that opens the doors and everything. If this code doesnt work you need to call and hope someone answers the phone. This is not written in the description and it should.
