Location was perfect, friendly staff and a very cozy hotel in a precious historical building. Beautifully adorned façade with test bears which reminded us of Alsace.

AMAZING! This is truly a special, historic place. I only wish I had stayed more nights. The staff were incredible and very attentive, excellent customer service. The room was SO comfortable and cozy, it was the best bed on my trip. The restaurant downstairs had great food. I only wish I had stayed more nights!

This is a charming hotel that blends in well with the medieval architecture of Sighişoara. The hotel is in a quiet location to enjoy the tranquility. The staff is very responsive as I can tell based on my communication before my arrival and during the stay. Silvia checked me in on arrival and helped with the luggage to the room. The breakfast is good and Kamal who works in the restaurant was able to accommodate my request for a special omelette even though it quite busy for him. They also called the taxi during my departure. My experience could not have been any better and will definitely return when I get to visit Sighişoara again.

The room is a little small and the staircase to get to the bed in the attic is tiny. This is as advertised, it may make a unique experience when you are aware of it, exercise caution.

Location is fantastic and right in the citadel, so everything within the citadel is within walking distance, and was nice to come back to the room to relax while we explored the citadel. The room itself also had a very cute rustic style, which made it a more "authentic" stay for tourists. Staff was also very friendly and responsive, and made it a very smooth and nice experience.

Some of the gate attendants at the base of the citadel do not speak English, which made it difficult for my fiance, who does not speak Romanian, to bring the car up to the hotel and we ended up having to carry all of our luggage down to the base of the citadel ourselves. This isn't the hotel's fault at all, but just something to be mindful of when booking.

Beautiful property, old and historical within the Sighisoara Citadel and very close to everything. This hotel has a restaurant serving traditional Romanian food and it's the restaurant has a 4.8 rating on Google. We had soups and sarmale and were very pleased with our order. If you get a 2 bedroom apartment, do know the layout is you enter into a bedroom and you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom and the bathroom. Wifi was great! The staff was great!

I personally didn't care for the the shower / bath with not curtain or barrier to prevent the water from getting on the floor. I personally don't like to sit on the little seat in the tub where lots of other butts have sat before me.

The Hotel von Graf is located in a quiet side street of the old citadel, tucked only a short walk away from the city square and the clocktower. We stayed in room 11 at the very top of the hotel, and we had a lovely view of the Roman-Catholic church next door. The bed was very comfortable, and we had an AC unit right above the bed for whenever it got too toasty. The staff were warm and helpful whenever we had questions. As a bonus, the restaurant downstairs serves delicious meals with several vegan and vegetarian options!

The walk up the final narrow set of stairs to the attic floor was a slight challenge with heavy luggage and a bad knee — just be mindful if you happen to have any mobility issues!

Overall ambiance of hotel was historic and unique, with furnishings to match. Great location in the citadel. Quiet and comfortable.

A beautifully decorated hotel with lovely staff and very helpful reception.

We liked the staff and the location, it was right in the middle of the old town. They welcomed us with free drinks and their wifi is very good. I was able to take my calls and it was pretty quiet during the day.

The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress too thin and the pillows were not great either

It's well in tune with the charm of the citadel. Rustic decorum with modern facilities, it is the place to both rest and hold a photo session. Much like the citadel, staying here is a good mix of intimate and romantic, despite the first impression of staying true to the medieval times.

I had a knee injury at the time of our arrival and they upgraded our rooms for us right away! ?
