The Hotel itself was in a great location. Practically a stone's throw from the beach. There were a lot of amenities close by on the beach with a great view of the sea. This was a quiet and serene location for a hotel if you just want to go rest and lay on the beach.

The hotel is a distance away from the main road so you have to get there by Taxi. Malls and shops were a distance away from the Hotel so the Hotel had to call a taxi for u.

The hotel is in middle of nowhere. Breakfast has very limited options. Even a basic omlette was charged extra. Once can get a Double Tree By Hilton at a similar price.

The property is very well maintained and getting better every year. (It was our second time in this hotel.) Breakfast is very good, on the terrace right by the sea. The beach is nice, has reclining chairs and it’s super safe. You can leave your stuff on your towel and go for a swim. The massage at the spa is very good too. The staff is well trained and will do their best to accommodate your wishes. All the team is very professional. Çağla in the restaurant and Melek at the reception are exceptionally nice and professional, always there to look after your needs. Special thanks to the hotel manager, who is visibly present to make sure that everything works perfectly. A very professional and competent manager. We will come back next year again.

Internet could be improved, but it works well for emails and moderate data transfer.

Great hotel with Seaview across Dardanelles to Gallipoli peninsula. Crystal clear pool & private beach area. Restaurant with outdoor eating as well & lovely food. Breakfast had array of hot & fresh food. The lovely receptionist, Melek (Angel) made our stay very special.

Very friendly hotel situated right next to the sea. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast, which can be had on the terrace overlooking the sea, was as tasty as plentiful.

When I arrived in the evening my room had not been cleaned yet. I was upgaded to a suite in stead, which was generally very clean. The rooms are not lavishly appointed, but they do their job. You will spend your time outside anyway, be it by the pool or the sea.

“Iris Hotel” in Guzelyali is an amazing hotel located on the beach in one beautiful and calm place. Hotel proposes to the guests all modern facilities, convenient swimming pool, relax garden and good restaurant with rich menu. It is one lovely place where all the guests will feel the freedom of the sea and a full relax from a daily round. I suggest all the tourists, which will have trip around Canakkale to stop in this hotel in order to feel relax, tranquility and true Turkish hospitality.

Beautiful views, well-groomed hotel grounds, the interior is decorated with many art objects, everything is aesthetically pleasing and tasteful, the rooms are well cleaned, good staff, the water depth on the beach is shallow, suitable for those who are not very good swimmers.

Dirty beach, when there are many guests it's getting crowded on the beach.

Shower tab leaking, not just our room's, same in my son's room, flooding after shower. Seems hotel need to fix it. Excellent , except this issue.

Room was small and in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was fairly tasteless ("juice extra!"). Location: nothing around the hotel. Poor value for money.

The hotel is placed in a lovely quiet village and on the beach. The view from the breakfast terrace is mesmerising. The hotel beds were nice and comfy. The towels, floor, bedsheets were clean. Room service was good and available on request. Reception spoke very good English and was helpful with all my requests.

Bathroom is outdated and needs refurbishment. The bath and shower had limescale build up in the tiles.

Hotel and gardens were nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice but little variation each day. Evening buffet meal was plentiful and varied. The hotel was very peaceful most of the time so you can relax. Occasionally though some young people blasted horribly loud music around the pool. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable.The location was wonderful right on the beach.our room was very small but the bed was big and comfortable and it was ok for our needs, there was a fridge and kettle. All in all we liked it a lot

WiFi was poor although a new receiver was fitted day before our departure so probably solved the problem. I didn't like the tree right outside the balcony it blocked the wonderful views. There were no menus in the buffet restaurant, we would have liked lunch! On the buffet it would have been good to have labels on the cold foods to advise what they were, especially on the jams, yogurts, desserts, cheeses. There were lots of things I wanted to try but didn't know what they were! Many people have food allergies so this is a useful information. Beach was very dirty outside the hotel, people left rubbish, cigarettes, cans etc, it was never cleaned. There was no spa as advertised and no information was given about it, the coffee bar was never open that we saw. The coffee machine in the dining room was often not working properly, no milk or no coffee, on various occasions we had to wait for new coffee. One issue for me there was no ice cream available, I wanted some with my dessert in the thyme restaurant but none not even for the kids! There was rarely hot water, I had it once because I showered in the late afternoon, it is solar powered so thats why and it wasn't an issue for us but could be for others.
