It is very clean, updated, comfortable bed and a great breakfast!

Honestly, I cannot understand the good reviews for this hotel. I understand this is a 3 star hotel and I wasn't expecting luxury. But what I expected was cleanness. Bathroom was dirty...toilet wasn't cleaned properly from the previous guests plus shower had mold and dirt on the edges. There was only a little to none toilet paper. Room overall had an unpleasant smell and starting from before 6 a.m. you could smell..well, kitchen. Intensively. There were stains on the room carpet. We stayed the night only because it was already paid and it was late when we arrived and we needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was poor, which we kinda expected at that point. We were in a hurry to leave from there anyway.

Simple hotel and clean

Very bad staff. I felt like I was not welcome. I paid for full board and got a terrible selection for food. I was refused coffee after dinner and would have to wait a long time to be served. Very unwelcoming

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. Location is on outskirts of town.

Location for what we needed. Good value for money. Clean. Plenty of free parking walk into town alongside river about 2400mtrs.

The restaurant food is a little basic and can take a long time to arrive at your table after ordering. Main road near by but traffic reduced in volume from mid evening. Breakfast was reasonable.

Very nice clean hotel. Restaurant and bar in the hotel - very convenient. Fantastic breakfast. Lots of parking right by the front door.

Nothing negative to say. This is not intended to be a negative comment but merely stating a fact. The facility has no lift. My wife and I are up there in years so hauling a large heavy suitcase up the stairs (one floor) was a bit of an effort. I suppose if we asked the front desk for help we would get some assistance. I do not recall being offered assistance at check-in.

Not worth a penny

It is not a hotel. Real hotels have quite hours, this one doesn’t. It is restaurant with rooms above, rooms to lay down not to sleep. We payed here to rest and sleep. That wasn’t possible. Restaurant had live music after 12am. Live music loud as at weddings but this was graduation anniversary. Went to receptionist around 10pm and they said they should be done around 11pm. Music counties and I go down 11.30pm. They tell me to be patient. I paid money from check in hours till check out but I need to be patient for my own money ???? I have never heard anything more crazy and nonsense from a so called “hotel”. We need to be patient till12am. Then 12 am comes and music is still on. I go down third time and what the hell? They finally stopped. To be asking customers to be patient so you can also make money from live music parties while also taking money for rooms is greediness on another level. Stay away from this place if you want to rest. I will report it to booking. Hotel provides place for rest and sleep specially quiet hours. This one DOES NOT. Most miserable experience and scary if you need to be rested and on the road driving.

It was good service and the employies was Nice. The breakfast was also good and the room was Nice and clean.

It is okay to stay overnight. Got everything needed and it is clean.

Request a queen bed when I made the booking, the request has been approved by the hotel before I arrived. However, while check-in the receptionist said that they are fully booked and there is only room with two single beds.

The room was clean and bright, breakfast was very good you have lots to choose from and hospitality of staff was great, dinner was great.?

We liked that it was clean, staff was super nice.

Breakfast options weren’t the best, but all the basics were covered (sandwich material, cereal, eggs)

The staff was nice and helpful. It is easy to find, plenty of parking and there are shops near by.

Clean, calm with nice staff

Rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. There was a lot of parking space and easy to park the car.

We needed a place to stay for one night, that is close to the highway so that we can continue our trip the very next morning. Unexpectedly, this place turned out to be a fantastic spot that thicked off all the boxes relevant for us: 24hrs check-in, breakfast included, good facilities, parking - perfect for what we needed. Hotel is clean and well maintained, so we can highly recommend it to other fellow travellers.

Pleasant

We were not allowed to take breakfast inside with our dog. We had to go to the terrasse. No options for vegans, very poor breakfast.

Simply but good restaurant ( II've travelled out of tourist season so the offer was rather limited) , big parking place, just near to Neretva river, close to a small shopping center,

Room heating is based on air conditioning system which...could have the menu in english

A good, practical one-night stop on the way to somewhere else. Our room was right above a cafe - as said, it was very quiet, but there were many tables and seats, and I imagine it can get noisy in the top season. Also, our balcony seemed to be shared with the neighbouring room - excellent for larger parties, I imagine. There was no one in that room, so for us it worked out fine even though there were just the two of us. A mention to the gentleman at reception, who insisted to carry our luggage upstairs (I'm not sure if there's an elevator).

Breakfast needs some attention. Fortunately, the young lady on attendance was very nice and helpful.

Very very poor breakfast, couldn't sleep cause the room was full of mosquitos
