Luna Hotel Motel Lago Maggiore Arona

Breakfast was awful eggs were cold pancakes cold no sense of organization. But breakfast staff was nice to heat pancakes you should try to boil eggs 5 mins before everyone sits so you can enjoyed warm meal. Area cold should have higher heaters so much to change. I would love to be your organizer to your hotel and show you a few things so that your hotel gets high ratings

Everything Lorenzo and the taller man where amazing they deserve a raise and a letter of well job done, the old man should stay home always on his phone not much help grumpy it’s a bad face for your company your rating will go down.

The location is nice if you have a car to hang around Arona.The breakfast was rich, was not a typical italian one.Friendly staff.Good parking place.Nice amenities.

We loved the room which was very spacious. We could control how much heating we wanted. There was excellent Wifi and parking outside the door.

The Shower cubicle was a bit small and the breakfast arrangements were awkward since we had to decide the night before when and what we wanted to eat.

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

It’s not about the property it was just the area, but for a night trip that we did it was more than enough.

The facility has free parking

They don’t have 24h reception ,the door was close at eleven pm , we couldn’t enter because we were half hour late for check in and had to pay extra 40€ which is absolutely ridiculous

The property is uniquely divided into a hotel and a motel, catering to different types of travelers.Our room was spacious, providing plenty of space to relax.The hotel is easily accessible by car, which was very convenient for us.There is ample parking available, both in the outdoor parking lot and the indoor garage.It's outside of ZTL zone so we had no issues with reaching our destination.

The breakfast procedure was quite unusual. We had to order our breakfast a day in advance and specify each item, including the number of slices of bread, eggs, salami, glasses of water, and cups of coffee. This was a bit cumbersome, especially since we didn't know what some items looked like.A barking dog from a neighboring house disturbed our sleep throughout the night, which was quite frustrating.Although the property is not in ZTL zone, the other towns nearby had ZTL zones which discouraged us from driving to any of them and to go sightseeing.

price, staff (they were really helpful friendly people), free breakfast, free private car park, access to highway, walkable distance to pizzamania, 3 min drive to roadhouse etc...

this hotel won't be very practical if you don't have private means of transportation.

Everything is perfect. The guy on the receptionist very kind and guided me very well. Breakfast is good.

Air condition was set from the reception and NOT from the room. You should ask from the reception to turn on the heating!!!

Never Visit this Motel !!!!! Never!!!They take money and out their clients without to use it.DO NOT ever , ever visit this terible hostel. I want to express indignation with your reception staff. First We made a reservation in your hotel because it is 4 stars and in Italy this type of hotel has a 24 hour reception. After we paid you sent us a message that you are not open after 22.30 which is incorrect and misleading. Why don't you describe it in advance??? This is absolutely the first time we have a similar problem with a non-working 4-star hotel after 10.30pmyour employee met us barefoot with no shoes and with his pants unbuttoned and started yelling.shouting continued for several minutes, he locked the hotel and threatened to call the police to arrest us. We told him that we didn't want any trouble because we came from a long journey and were tired, but still the threats continued and he kept us locked in the hotel. He call the police, but apparently they refused to come and he kicked us out.I'm Never seen something like this.The man of the reception is really crazy with psychology problems!!!!!

Great breakfast and nice staff at reception, serving breakfast and cleaning. Very large, clean room with large bathroom and big balcony. Need a car to drive 10 minutes to lake at Arona.

The attitude of the reseptionstaff!Disastrous!The way the Breakfast is arranged.. at the arrival filled selected item from a menu.. when served 40% missing! When asking for items, no or late respons…caotic arrangement!

Great place, close to the highway, great service ,very good breakfast, clean room....

The included breakfast was great and offered us more food if we wanted it. The AC also worked well in our room and it was very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very cheerful and welcoming, and speak many languages (Italian, English French).

The location is a bit difficult to access without a car, but it is a very short drive from Arona with many restaurants and attractions by the lake.

Nice big room - we swapped our hotel room for a motel room so we could park right in front of our door. Location is fine if you have a car.

The breakfast feels really impersonal. You come into a very dated breakfast room and what you ordered the day in advance is on the table with your room number. The bread snd coffee were mwah.

Pleasant staff, great location next to the high way, individual parking spot
