Hotel Concorde

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had originally booked economy rooms, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to superior rooms with a beautiful lake view at no extra cost. The location is perfect—just a five-minute walk to the center of Arona, where you can enjoy charming cafés, shops, and the lakeside promenade. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind while still being close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lago Maggiore.

Breakfast was good. Location was pretty good too, as well as the staff courtesy.

The hotel is starting to fall behind when it comes to maintenance. The air conditioning was broken during my stay, and the elevator shortly stopped working one day. The room’s entrance door was damaged and difficult to close properly. The shower was extremely small — I could barely turn around in it. Even the bedside lights were unreliable, and had their tantrums

The view was amazing !Bed really comfortable ?The hotel is not close to Arona and we were happy to walk but some may struggle . Highly recommend !Breakfast had great variety as well .

The only negative thing was sealer was peeling in the shower and it leaked

Beautiful views of the lake. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking. Appreciated ability to check in after 11 pm. Easy walk into town.

Facilities are a little dated. Room was a bit sterile. Only one chair in double room.

While the hotel is a slightly long walk from the train station, it is well worth it, the view overlooking the lake is amazing.Sunrise, sunset, any time of the day. Its only a short walk back to Arona and its fantastic restaurants, but the in house restaurant has incredible food and that view...Would have loved to have stayed longer...

We had an excellent view of the lake from our room.Breakfast, parking facilities were excellent.Everything was very clean and functional.

nothing really was what you’d say was likeable

a bit far to walk from the train station (20 minutes) , staff were abrupt and not welcoming, no price list next to mini bar , smallbalcony on 4th floor. restaurant was cold, food just average but expensive,limited menu and breakfast had too many sweet items -no fresh fruit.

Poor value for money

Thin walls so you can hear the neighbours. Very old and tatty furniture. No complementary drinking water. Poor breakfast selection other than cakes.

The location and view were spectacular. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the lake. It was comfortable and we had a room near the lift as requested.

great view

I was stowed away in a room just under the roof, which was small, dark, only one poor light, and a bed that was old, hard and short. Anyway, the basics were there: bed, shower and wifi.

Clean efficient friendly (except for the first inter-action!) helpful, all as described.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very nice with the restaurant with a view and sitting area outside the bar with full floor to window ceilings. Bed was a bit short lengthwise for my 6'2 husband, but otherwise comfortable. View off balcony of beautiful Lake Garda was unmatched. A quick walk to the lively downtown of Arona.

The hotel sits on a busy road so was pretty much constant road noise while sitting on balcony, so while the view is wonderful, you will have the road noise as well, but did not bother us inside the room. Other than that a great stay! I ate at the restaurant the evening and it was good, but average food-service was wonderful though.

Good breakfasts. The walk into town was a bit much for my wife, who has difficulty however it's a short stroll for a reasonably fit person

Lack of pool.

Hotel was really clean, staff were very friendly & the room was clean, comfortable & the view was stunning. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to bars, shops & restaurants.
