Very reasonable. Very friendly helpful staff, like having a concierge service. Great continental breakfast. Free bikes.

The only problem was the room a.c. unit was on the fritz. Fortunately that even though it was a warm night, it wasn't a hot night and didn't interfere with rest.

The hotel is in a good position in the centre of Angera near the lakefront. There are a few decent restaurants and bars nearby which you can walk to. The staff were very friendly & welcoming.

The rooms are rather old fashioned & the shower was rather cramped. The breakfast was ok , Italian style, though they will prepare cooked eggs for you if you ask.

Friendly personal. Tasty breakfast. For vegans there is an option of cappuccino with soya milk. Also it was a pleasure to talk to Russian speaking girl - she is a waitress at the buffet. We have found a beautiful restaurant in 5 min from hotel. It called Del Torchio Al Tavolo. It’s a family restaurant. I don’t remember the name of the owner, but he was such a nice to us. Tasty food. Inspired stories and vibes. Generally - all is good. Italians are extremely kind people with open souls ?. We would love to come back again and again in this beautiful country.

There is a plastic door only between the neighbour balcony so we heard all voices till the end of the day.

Faded glory. The hotel is old with a nice charm. The staff pleasant . Bed linen and laundry clean. There are some quick low cost wins which could be updated to enhance the overall stay experience. Shower head and coil hose to be replaced. Hall carpet needs replacing . Stairs a good repaint

Location, Breakfast

Airco did not work or was very weak. The cover of the bed was stinky and the room was too small to handle the suitcase.

Breakfast was simple but fine. Wi-Fi signal was good, and the staff was really nice, with big smile and welcoming. Location is really nice.

The room and the bed were way too bad. Bed blanket was only wrapped in a sheet, I feel sorry for allergy sufferers. Bed not comfortable, terrible sleeping experience. Black mold in the bathroom is a bonus, questionable ventilation/AC in the room which I didn't want to start as I did not want to risk it.

In few words, we fell in love with Angera, because of the staff in this hotel. Imaan and Katrina who not only made us feel at home but also suggested routes and places to visit, which made us see the beauty of the town. As a family you surely need places like this, which makes you comfortable and doesn’t give you that hotel vibe.

Our receptionist Ms Iman was a keen host, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We like the quiet and safe locality.

The shower door in our room probably needed some attention.

The location is quite good and you could even see the lake and castle. The breakfast was rich and the personal is helpful.

The hassock on the terrace had the best time behind it. Jacuzzi bathtub and fridge could have been cleaned more carefully.

It was small & very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly & we enjoyed the breakfasts, the powerful shower, aircon in room & the informality.

The staff were excellent. The lovely receptionist helped us find a nearby restaurant which was amazing. The rooms were good and clean. Lovely location and lovely staff. The coffee for breakfast was excellent. The breakfast selection was a little poor but it was nice what we ate.

The bed cover kept coming off all night and the pillows weren't the best but it was ok for one night. The room was a little dark as it only had lamps and no main light in the bedroom.
