Hotel Arc Riche Toyohashi

The hotel was very close to the station; however you will need to make your way around the building to find the way in. The furnishing in the room had some age but was functioning well.

I had the chance to try the in-room dining services. Unfortunately, on the day of checkout, when I was heading to catch a flight, I had ordered breakfast on the previous day which was for 8:00-8:30 but had only arrived at my room at around 8:40. It was frustrating to happen when you are trying to catch your flight, but I suppose errors can occur and good communication can easily address the issue. But it so happens that, when I tried to call in-room service over the landline around 8:20 for confirmation, they wouldn't pick up, and I tried multiple times. The uncertainty from having no communications, where I wasn't sure if the breakfast would be sent or not, is really disappointing.To be fair, on a previous day, my in-room breakfast arrived smoothly without any issues. Still, people should be aware that delays and communication issues like this can occur. The front desk did apologize during checkout, though there was no additional follow-up regarding the inconvenience.

Fantastic location—so close to the train station which was great as we were there one night en route to Toyokawa. Lots of restaurants really close by. Our room was simple, with a great view and large window, and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary club floor’ with its offering of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks for happy hour as well as the library that was part of it.

There was nothing we disliked.

So far it’s the best hotel I have ever stayed. Nice views, very clean, good location.

The check-in was a bit slow and labored. Do not opt for the hotel breakfast if you are trying to be fast

Locates next to train station. Very clean and smells nice. Cozy lounge on 15 floor with free drinks. Big windows with nice view to the city.

Bath tub a bit small. Even though it’s about security but to get to your room you gotta go all the way up to 16 floor, and use a different escalator to get down where I stay. We had breakfast at the hotel. Baguette was peculiarly chewy. Menu said American food but there was eggs poached in tomato sauce and that’s it. I felt a bit odd but it was good.

Early checking has a fee, but we during most busiest time.

The hotel seems to be quite new, the room was nice and had lots of facilities and space, the view was amazing, the beds very comfortable. Nice welcoming drink at the executive lounge access.

I would have liked the toilet separated from the bathroom

The hotel itself was good enough yt really dull and busy. No vegetarian options were available and the rooms were loveless and white tribe otherwise the location was good and it was quite modern.

Very nice hotel lobby, room, and bar lounge, in a good location. Breakfast was OK too.

The construction work on the tram line below my window was unfortunately too loud when I was trying to sleep.

unique layout makes for great views. very good staff. Breakfast was very good, but weird, like a 5 course meal with salad starter, soup, yoghurt, juices, main course with choice of eggs and potatoes. nice bread (but no butter or oil).

Surprisingly good business hotel right by the station. Very clean and new. Great staff and all basic amenities. Good air conditioning, and everything smelled fresh and new...which if you have stayed at older Business hotels you know what I'm talking about. There was a fancy french restaurant in the lobby area that I didn't go to, but it looked very nice. There was a bar there too that looked nice. Also a club floor, that I didn't go to, but that's usually a sign that a place is better than average.

What's not to like? Cheap, clean, convenient...It's a great place to stay.

we found the views to be absolutely beautiful. The free bar / lounge area was lovely each evening with stunning views all around. We didn’t use the gym and only discovered the massage chairs on the last night.

Music choice in bar/lounge needs updating. Yhe lounge is such a great addition but could feel a bit more lively with some more updated music. When we first arrived we felt the accommodation seemed a little more dull than the pictures on Booking.com and our first room smelled slightly of stale smoke but the receptionist immediately gave us a different room.

I booked this hotel just for one night, to break a road trip. It turned out to be the best hotel we stayed in over our one month trip! Our (corner) room was just gorgeous even though the weather was horrendous, the room is so cosy once the brown blinds are down, the lighting is customizable, there's a soundsystem to watch movies in proper conditions and the bathroom is stunning. Staff was so helpful and nice. I wish we had stayed more than one night. Just delightful.

Nothing in particular

The lobby being on the top floor was confusing at first, but I realised that not only did this allow for spectacular views, but it provided unparalleled security and privacy for guests since anyone travelling to the rooms or exclusive club level must first pass through the top floor.The staff were exemplary and were surprisingly proficient in English, even the cleaning staff were polite and greeted you as you passed.The rooms had everything you could need and had a fantastic view across the city. The location was extremely convenient, with it being just a short walk to both the main station and the city centre.It was a very memorable hotel and one I fully intend to return to.

I honestly had nothing to criticise

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I would stay there again just to eat in the restaurant and have drinks at the beautiful bar again.

Centrally located, love the beautifully decorated ‘club’ floor with complimentary drinks. It felt very luxurious sitting there at night looking out over the lights of the city. The room was huge, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful when contacted them a few days later because we had accidentally left a jacket in the wardrobe.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Staff was wonderful and attentive. Room was beautiful! Great views of the city:) The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We recommend this hotel 100%
