ibis Styles Frejus Sain-Raphael

The hotel was bright, cheery, clean, and offered parking , a balcony, and a restaurant. The staff was cordial and pleasant. Breakfast provided an appealing spread.

Frejus is more historical than Saint Raphael, which is busy and on the water. Since it was winter, there were limited properties available in St. Raphael. The Ibis was in a residential area so there were few restaurants and shops nearby. For off-season, even though the price included parking and breakfast, the cost was a bit high due to location.

The hotel is old... And it shows. There were a lot of little flies at breakfast... It was very annoying... They were crawling everywhere... They were having breakfast :)

Standard, well run Ibis. This one is showing its age a little, but the cleanliness was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. And there is a house cat! Woke up very early and came downstairs to be greeted by it in the lobby, tail in the air like a flag.

I stayed 2 nights and the location is very close to Aqua land water park and breakfast was good. Pool was very clean and staff was very friendly

It is our second time at this Ibis because is very convenient for us in terms of distance from the highway.It has a very good restaurant where we can have dinner even if we arrive late.Breakfast is excellent!

Little things like: towels too small, pillows too soft , …

Good location.

The room is way smaller than shown on photos. Triple room we had only 2 towels, no tissues. Restaurant on site bad service, loud waitresses,we waited 20 min for someone to take the order, nobody came. we left and had dinner in an amazing restaurant. The location is good but honestly would never book this hotel again.

Very good breakfast! There is a restaurant in the hotel with very good food.

The town was disappointing.

Staff were very nice and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Room was super clean. We never had any problem finding a parking place, there were always plenty available. The hotel is located by a main road, but the rooms are very sound proof. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but good enough.

The rooms are very small, we barely found enough space to open 2 suitcases. Wished it was a little more spacious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of yummy options.

The WIFI was not secured.

Not much. Poor location. Room suited it’s purpose but would be very disappointed to have booked a whole holiday there.

Disgustingly rude member of staff at the check-in desk. Arrived early so just wanted to leave our bags as the town is a 25 minute walk away. Tried to apologise and ask to leave our luggage but the staff member interrupted, rolled her eyes and told us we were too early. Stormed off to see if our rooms were ready and when I was finally able to apologise and ask to just leave our bags she was quite aggressive in telling us not to bother as we could check-in. Such a shame as other staff members were very pleasant. Marred the experience. Awful display of customer service, would never go back or recommend to anyone to stay.

Budget hotel, room a bit tired and not totally clean, smelt so musty. Breakfast was a bit DIY.

We stayed for 11 nights and we were happy with what we received for the price paid. The staff was very friendly, especially Diana - the girl from restaurant. The hotel was clean and the breakfast decent. My son enjoyed the swimming pool in the evenings. Small, but clean and nice. Quiet location, soundproof rooms.

The size of the room , too small for 3 persons.
