Breakfast food quality only ok.

Buffet breakfast had only brioch, not bread, 2 cold meats, nothing cooked. Poor value for the price.

A good carpark outside and the hotel is well located to explore neighbouring towns.Staff were friendly and tried to help out.Jacuzzi was warm and pleasant.

Quite rough feeling at this property. The corridor is open out so quite exposed feeling. The water from the shower ran out into the bathroom. We were only given two towels despite having a jacuzzi. The toilet paper ran out and we had to ask twice before getting more. The breakfast is very simple. At first we only had a thin sheet on the bed despite it being October. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed. The terrace was covered with ash and cigarette butts from balcony above.

It wasn’t to far from the centre 10-15min walk.

No tea & coffee facilities in the room.Could only get tea & coffee in the reception between 0730-midnight 1 euros & 2 euros respectively.

Very friendly staff and a great location. My second stay.

No fridge full of beer in room.

The airco didnt work. But they gave us a new room for the same price

Room was dirty and run down. Experienced over 30 insect bites on first and second night. Spoke to the management about cleaning room and was told “ we only change sheets and towels.Bathroom smaller than one in my caravan with many insects. Bought insect sprays and treated an old ventilation duct as source of bites. The cover to the duct was only kept on by jamming bed side table against it.Breakfast is not so good , tiny croissants burnt Very little choice.

Staff at reception spoke good English. The hotel is well located between St Raphael and Frejus (though not particularly near the centre of either). The room was comfortable as a base for a few nights.

No sign of the hot tub- but it was quite out of season.

Very Central to Frejus marina and old town centre a short walk away.Parking spaces brilliant.Clean and tidy staff really helpful and very friendly

For this price a hotel is okay. Good hotel location. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice. There is a parking in front of the hotel.

The room does not look like as at the picture. Very small room. Air conditioning very noisy. Very very small bathroom with a disgusting shower.

We had a reservation for [02-03/8], and upon arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience.Firstly, despite the check-in time being 15:00, our room was not available until 18:00. This caused considerable inconvenience and disrupted our plans for the day. Additionally, when we finally accessed our room, we found it to be in a messy and unsatisfactory condition. This is not the level of service I expected from a hotel of your Reputation and After paying 210e for one Night. Upon check out we kindly asked for a refund. The two Young ladies at the reception asked us to send an Email which they would forward to Their Boss.We did that but guess what. they Never got for back to us. Super unprofessional. Messy and very Bad Service.

Charming, charming and more charming. Our room had a wonderful terrace. The hotel is situated so that you can walk to restaurants and enjoy to port. The breakfast was great!

I wish there had been luggage racks in the room.
