Cosy room for family of 5 . 20mins walk to beach and st rapheal/frejus promenade. On site car park.

No kettle in room to.make own tea / coffeeNo fridge in room . There should be one.

Booked b very last minute for my daughter and her baby to stay after her flight was diverted to Nice then her train just stopped at Fréjus. Her dad went to join them to bring them back the next day. The flexibility of the entrance system really worked well for this slight emergency. I didn’t stay there but they said it was fine.

I liked the bathroom being separate from the bedroom (as most ibis budgets have the shower cubicle directly in the bedroom!). The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of shower gel and shampoo for our whole stay. Continental breakfast was good.

Place needs a good clean, smells badly of smoke, room was filthy, stained walls, beds, air conditioning hardly working. Staff not at all helpful.Had to leave with my 2 year old soon and find another hotel. Would not offer refund. Not great when just driven from the uk and all you want to do is get your head down for some rest. Please avoid!

A great welcome from the receptionist, a large room with comfortable beds and a good continental breakfast. Easy access to the seafront area.

Good but quite limited choices

Not enough fruits and veg. Only apples were offered. Few slices of ham and cheese and otherwise butter and jam or cereals

Staff is not professional. Air conditioning has problems. Some rooms smell badly.

Perfect location - walking distance from the center! Amazing AC and very comfortable mattress. Reasonably priced breakfast in such touristy region.

Nothing to really dislike, maybe the area around the hotel was not very pretty, but it was peaceful enough in the end.

unpleasant smell in the room long wait for the elevator even not on rush-hourReception is on the second floor without an elevator, which means you need to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Staff were horrendous. Place filthy dirty. Facilities dreadful. Questionable people & activities. Didn't feel safe any time I left my room. Property doesn't deserve any star rating and should be removed from your listing immediately.

On this occasion I went to this one because it said it doesn't allow pets, but that's a lie, there was a German shepherd at reception at 8 p.m., which is also the same space for breakfast, this dog was possibly on the property and when I came back from dinner I saw another person with another dog. When I arrived at 5pm in the afternoon I didn't see any of this, otherwise I would have gone to another hotel asking for a full refund, but it was too late to look for another one.I informed Booking that same night and to date the description has not been modified, very badly, both on the part of the hotel and Booking itself. This is the second problem I have on this trip with Booking reservations, the information is inaccurate or outright a lie. On the elevator itself it says that animals are not accepted in the breakfast room, but the same elevator is in that same room. Inadmissible.This is why the score is so low.I am editing since I have received a private message from the hotel insulting me. Here is demonstrated the category of the hotel and those responsible for it.Now they have changed in the features that already accept pets, but before that did not put it, instead of apologizing or just not saying anything, they just insult by private message, I congratulate them and of course I have changed the score. Now it is even lower.

Quiet, clean, large simple room. Excellent value for money.

The man at the reception was very unkind, impolite, and aggressive. He even came up to the room to see what we were doing. We were extremely annoyed by him.
