B&B HOTEL Salon de Provence

There was a kiosk for after reception hours check in. It would have been wonderful had there not been minor connectivity issues. Only a minor delay. Included breakfast was simple, breads, spreads, yogurt, some eggs (scrambled, very runny) and bacon. No fruit on the day we were there. The room was simple and compact.

Being situated right next to the elevator proved to be challenging. They also cut off our keypad code shortly after breakfast, before checkout.

Accessibility to highway. Clean and well-equipped room - hotel. Resourceful staffs. Smooth check-in. Great choice on breakfast. A plenty of parking spots with a secured system at the entrance to the premise. Perfect stay for our weekend event in that area; given our satisfactory experience (first time!) at BB hotel, we will highly consider use again this hotel group. And, of course, highly recommend BB hotel for those who are reading my comment! : )

NONE!

Nice and modern, easy to find and good breakfast

Stayed in B&B before in Spain so expected I could eat there to but most snacks were off the menu and a long walk to find anywhere else,no where to sit outside either.

The room was clean, small but quite comfortable in terms of layout, the bathroom was also clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was clean bedding and towels; the noise from the highway with the window closed was not heard. There are many places to park a car (also charge electric cars), There was a very good supermarket quite close to the hotel (but the opening hours need to be specified), About 10 minutes walk to 2 restaurants nearby). Or 10 minutes by car to the city center

The administrator does not speak English (only French), the breakfasts were poor, that is, apart from coffee and croissants and yogurts, there was nothing else there.

Clean. Cheap. Good staff. Free croissants and coffee.

We booked 2 rooms. One perfect. Second one had obvious and strong odour from toilet

Passable

Police cars all over the parking. No spot left. Unable to charge my car in the many charging stations used by other cars due to 10+police trucks on the other parking spots.

Location and easy parking.

The room was small and dark as only very dim lighting. The staff all disappeared early and there was no one to help with getting extra pillows.Breakfast room was small and crowded and the serving area was tiny.Ideal type of hotel for a one night stay but over priced for the lack of facilities offered.

The room for 4 was perfect, rather big. Buffet breakfast was enjoyed by the kids

It would be useful to send the gate pin prior to arrival, especially when the room is non refundable.

Location, clean, value for money, free parking, easy check-in

It was clean with a good price.

The address is hard to find, especially during darkness!

We arrived at 1am and the automatic room dispenser worked perfectly

spacious bedroom, free car park, bed comfortable enough, helpful staff, short drive form Salon de Provence city centre

very small pillows, old bathroom curtain, very basic breakfast (no fruit)

Nice room. V clean good shower.

Wi-Fi awful. Have to repeatedly sigh in with email etc. v poor for such a big hotel. Breakfast was poor standard. Cold food ok. Scrambled eggs were only just like warm. Bacon awful. V disappointing.

Friendly and respectful staff. Professional approach towards client wellbeing.

Geographical location and service flexibility.

Clean room. Quiet.

Very basic with just a vending machine at the reception. No shops or restaurants in walking proximity

In general, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and got what I expected considering it a 2-star hotel.

I had a minor problem with communication with the reception since I cannot speak French, but Google Translate did the job. Also, the hotel location next to the motorway does not allow walking and taxi takes about half an hour to come.

Parking excellent. Room Fine. Breakast very good.

Once we had access to room wife could relax. We Decided to stay only 3 nights incl breakfast. manager informed.Having stayed before and found it excellent. Would not return with current manager in charge, gf toilet had not been fixed when we left. A refund will be reqd. Many Thanks John Nicholas.
