Premiere Classe Salon De Provence

Comfy bed, nice staff, tv, clean, soap, toilet paper

Bad

Very awful, dirty room. Unchanged beddings used by the previous guests.

Price

Small bed, small bathroom, AC not working.

The friendly staff and the location.

The breakfast could have been better. I missed an egg and cheese.

Price and location.

Heard every noise from room above us. People running about property shouting loudly during the night. Service staff kept entering room whilst we were still in it.

There was a bed.A/C worked.

Employees could only speak French. We paid for breakfast when booking, but was told it was not included by staff.Breakfast looked disgusting, so we didn't bother arguing and just left in the morning. It smelled of sewer and was generally unclean.Very noisy.Room lit by a massive fluorescent light.

Bedbugs woke me up in the middle of night while they were biting on me. They were crawling on the bed and on the floor. The staff handled the situation the best way they could at that time and offered us a new room but we couldent stay there. We Slept the rest of the night in our car., got full payment back. Only positiv thing was the staff, they were super helpful and felt really sorry about the situation.

Only positiv thing about our experince there was the staff, they were super helpful and friendly.

It was clean and the bed was comprotable

Very basic room

It was a haven after a horrendous day. It had the only available room in the town. The manager did his utmost to find us a taxi to bring us there.

The room made us think of a submarine cabin with a bathroom so tiny as to be reminiscent of an airline toilet.

Bad

The bathroom smells very bad, no air conditioner, they said that they are going to refund me because of the bad condition of the room but they didn’t do anything.
