Very clean, friendly. efficient staff, convenient location

The room was too small. 10 square meters is adequate for one bed, but not for human habitation. We might have stayed another night, but could not manage in that tiny space.

It was located near to the main village. You can walk there. The reception staff varies. Some are very nice some other not so.

The rooms and double bed are very small. The room is for one person not two.

At first sight the location was not great, a bit outside of the city center in a more industrial area of Arcachon.We felt really welcome in the hotel, staff was very friendly and customer oriented.The room was spacious, clean, comfort was very good.There is a bus opposite to the hotel to go to the center, the port and the beaches. You can also walk, +/- 30 minutes. The hotel does not serve diner but you can order small bites.There are some nice fish bars (one could not call them restaurants) within a short walk from the hotel. You can eat excellent prawns and oisters. Breakfast was very good. Service excellent. CLosed parking big advantage when you're on a tour.We recommend this hotel for a stopover, less intersting for a longer stay because of the location.

We were a bit suprised about the situation of the hotel, but for a stopover it is OK.

Frienly staff (especially thanks for tall guy on the reception). Lobby with cofe/tea, where you can spend your free time. Close to the city center (15 min on foot). Spacious parking.

Uncomfortable tiny room like storage. Window open only in one position (or widely open, or close).

It's very new and clean. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Plus the terrace where you can take your breakfast is very cute.

The room was a bit small. Especially if you have a middle or big sized dog with you, it can be a bit complicated in the room to find space for the luggage, yourself and the dog ?

The shower head was loose and wouldn’t stay up, impossible to shower.Air conditioning was loud and made clicking noises.Average choice for breakfast.

Breakfast could be better

Staff was alert on our needs. Varying from coffee to rental bikes. Room was small and basic ... acceptable for the rate ... and good enough for a few nights.

Cute, clean, quirky room. Allows dogs. Snacks, breakfast, and bar. Great chicken place across the road.20-minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants in the town. Lots to do. Easy to find.

The hotel is very modern with a lot of nice pop art and a pleasant homely atmosphere with wee niches, play area, lounge space and outdoor seating. Staff is extremely helpfull, multi-lingual and friendly.
