lovely welcoming staff - great quiet location - we stayed in room #10 up above the courtyard - quiet and very airy and light- one queen bed and a single bed - no lounge /sofa area - big bathroom - great water pressure - many towelssuper comfortable beds - they have a cafe/ breakfast/lounge / menu available and outdoor seating. and other activities- just ask./

SO small could hardly get around bed, plus “no food” in room??? Also NO view whatsoever

Nice place

No bedside tables in the room so hard to have a phone by bed or glass of water , & the Curtain was fixed at the top on one side so couldn’t move and as a result the tower block opposite the hotel could therefore see directly into our room and bed!! Just adjust the curtain and the bed could be shielded from view but light get in.

We arrived a little later than hoped after a long drive, but nevertheless, Stefan greeted us warmly and provided a superb room for us and gave a very helpful guide to local restaurants, parking and sights. The rooms are spotless and very highly maintained with excellent specifications (such as automated ceiling blinds etc). The decor of the hotel is classy and stylish. Breakfast was exceptional, incredibly the pastries are prepared by Stefan - incredible food. We would very much love to return again.

It was an amazing hotel, with nice rooms. We loved the style from the hotel and the staff was so nice and handsome.

There is nothing bad, but we couldn't take the breakfast at the last morning because we needed to leave at 8:15 and you can breakfast from 8:30-10:00

The breakfast was amazing both days of our stay, beautiful local produce and fresh bakes..Marie was very helpful with recommendations for day trips and restaurants in the area so many thanks to her.

The room lacked proper space for our suitcase but we managed by using the bed when we needed to open it.At the moment there is building construction taking place next to the hotel which commences early in the morning but again didn't impact too much on our stay for 2 nights as we spent most of the day out and about..

The whole place was thoughtfully decorated and felt cozy compared to a big hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcome and she spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best one (especially for the reasonable price) we had during our stay in France with fresh fruits and the best coffee we had tried in France.

Really friendly welcome. Close to beach and market square. Staff recommended excellent restaurant and bar. Really good breakfast as well. Very clean, peaceful and comfy. On street parking nearby.

Stayed one night with our twin 9 year old. The cleanliness throughout was exceptional and our host was friendly and inviting. Breakfast was equally good with plenty on offer.We will return.

This was a great little find, a small comfy hideaway within easy walking distance of Arcachon centre with all its lovely shops, cafes and restaurants, and the harbour/beach.Lovely staff, nice and quiet and the breakfast was delicious.

Cute hotel, modern and looks recently renovated with very nice taste. Great recommendations for spots to check out around Arcachon.

I admit that I was put off by the fairly agressive comments from the hotel owner on his negative Google reviews. I discovered them a day before arriving and feared an unpleasant experience. In the end it was fine and the owners were nice. As was mentioned by other reviews, I don’t quite understand the 4-star rating that Booking gives the hotel since it doesn’t have the “extra” amenities but we had a fine stay to explore the area. Agreed with other reviewers about the mattresses being sadly hard so we didn’t sleep as well as we hoped.
