    Pros +

    • Great place for relax, nice and clean SPA zone, nice staff in restaurant and pool bar. In my point of view it's one of the best thermal and SPA zones in Bulgaria with indoor and outdoor experience, nice park, perfect for relaxing. Food was good as well.
    • The hotel is in a great location, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The yard with the hammocks is a great way to recharge away from the noise. The infinity pool was the best part, as well as the staff - everyone was kind, warm and they even arranged a birthday surprise while we were away from our room which was a very nice touch!Food was ok, SPA facilities were clean and overall spacious, it never felt like there were too many people at once. Prices in the lobby and restaurant are also decent.
    • The pools and a restaurant

    Cons -

    • Front desk is working in chaotic way and makes the overall impression a bit unpleasant. Elevators are quite slow, non-optimised algorithms. Infinity pool need some detailed cleaning but it's a great view over there. Check out process is awful, no queue, two front desk persons are working in total disorder, no empathy from them, , at the end waiting around 30 min. to check out and clerk said you are late. Then man disappeared for 10 min. to check something. Unbelievable experience when you know that 80% of your guests will check out on Sunday at noon. Rooms need some small renovation, carpets need serious washing not only vacuum cleaning, walls could be refreshed as well. Overall impression is that hotel is a bit overpriced. People are going there mainly for SPA, but must insist for better services everywhere.
    • It was simply not a 5-star experience overall. The interior of the hotel is extremely dated - this might have been considered "luxury" in 2005, but in 2025 you need to invest in better designers. The rooms look like a 2-3 star hotel at best - especially with the rusty clothing rack on the balcony, burnt pixels on the TV, plain furniture. Also, please include toothpaste! This is a standard for 5-star hotels, some even have body lotions and more. The restaurant feels like a cafeteria; food was ok, but tasted cheap. No free water with dinner which is absurd; we paid extra for dinner, so having to also pay for water is just bad taste.Plastic flowers on the tables - please, either add real ones or nothing. Paying 400+ BGN per night and looking at decor from Temu is just sad. Some coffee cups have cracks in them. Handwritten notes over juice dispensers when they're out - cheap. These details absolutely do matter. The leather on the beds at the infinity pool have growing black mold!!!! This is a health hazard and should be looked into!Last but not least - SPA should work longer hours. At least until 11 PM.The evening is when people naturally want to relax. It was extremely disappointing to arrive at 8 PM and basically pay for a meal, shower and bed.

Foods, spa and pools, outside hot pools, infinity pool, animation, free parking, breakfast, lavazza coffee in breakfast

Extra charging for drinks in dinner ( for half board members)

Reception staff, cleaning staff, pool facilities (amassing!) and staff.

The organisation in the restaurant, some of waiters' attitude is not good. The attitude of the manager does not fit a 5 star hotel. The service in the bars also lacks politeness, effort to please etc. These facilities sharply differ from the rest of the sevice.

The best hotel in Velingrad! Great pool and spa, excellent food, warm service and fun for the kids. I recommend!

    7NikolPosted on: 11-16-2024

The SPA is amazing - plenty of things to do and usually isn't overcrowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious.

Food isn't great - not really worth the price paid. Rooms on the first floor look directly into the outdoor hot pool (and vice versa) so we had to keep the curtains shut at all times. Indoor swimming pool had a little too much chlorine.

The staff went above board to accommodate us and our 3-month old baby. The pool & spa facilities were amazing. There was a buffet dinner every night that was very good value for €20.

The infinity pool was out of bounds for a good chunk of the time we were there are there were maintenance works taking place. While the buffet was nice, there were no pretensions about it, the a-la-carte menu is probably not the standard one might expect in a five-star restaurant. Think regular Bulgarian fare in place of fine dining.

Clean, quiet, somewhat remote. Warm spring water in the pools. The food was good, with a simple but good variety. The staff was mostly nice.

The lifeguard was rude. When we asked about the temperature of the water, instead of answering, he recommended to us the "common city bath."

Wonderful Spa experience and professional treatment/ therapy staff

Room located above busy lobby bar & reception area so rather noisy

    8RalitsaPosted on: 7-17-2024

    It was clean

The bathroom smell bad ..The water change when we take shower.

    9PetyaPosted on: 7-2-2024

The swimming pools that were open in June were terrific. The spa area was excellent as well, but the pools are the main attraction and have warm mineral water. The infinity pool overlooking the forrest was the best. The food was great, we had half-board.

The large outdoor pools (except the infinity pool) were not open in June, even though the weather was really hot and we booked the hotel because of these outdoor pools. It would have been nice to know beforehand that they only open in July.

The nearby construction site, noise and dust under the balcony of the room.

    5GeorgiPosted on: 5-7-2024

The background music is fantastic. The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff were very polite.

Next to our room there were very noisy neighbors who didn’t care about other people in the building and they were shouting and making a lot of noise most of the time. Same people were very impolite also in the restaurant - they were two ladies and two children apparently from Roma origin. The female staff in the restaurant weren’t in their best performance, while the male staff were very responsive and with nice attitude. All our family got skin fungus when we left the hotel!! Probably because of the water unreliable treatment methods.

Excellent spa Many pools with warm water both outside and inside. Inside the pools are massage facilities with different current. Excellent salt room .Fragrant sauna .Showers with hot and cold water streams .Olympic pool. The hotel is clean The staff is very kind and smiling. The staff is right for help and recommendations. It is definitely recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

It is advisable to add more grab bars near the pool

    9VasilPosted on: 4-2-2024

Spa facilities are very good. Great variety. Everything works.

Family hotel so a lot of children opening the door of the sauna.

    8AnjelikaPosted on: 1-28-2024

The hotel' s spa was wonderful! Both indoor and outdoor facilities. My favourite was the outdoor pools with the view of the pine forest, the path with the underwater massage and the mineral water half olympic pool. There are a variety of saunas, Turkish hamam and salt room were the highlights. We upgraded the room because the one offered to us initially was very small and did not look up to the five star standard, on the 3 rd floor. Just for £50 extra we got a room double the size on the 1st floor with a pleasant view of the ceiling crystal lights and the seating area outside. Our bathroom was luxurious with ceramic marble-like tiles. The food was tasty.

It was very warm inside, even when we switched heating off, therefore sleeping was uncomfortable. The worst impression was because the cigarette smoke is all pervasive and it saturates every inch of the hotel. People are smoking in restaurants and pools. Unfortunately, this is the situation with practically all hotels in Bulgaria Dinner was somewhat limited in choice and does not have the 5 star standard but the food was tasty

We could not complete our stay this time, but we have visited earlier this year. For me "Infiniti" is a 10. Their team was exceptionally kind to me. We will be visiting again very soon

    the SPA was excellent!

Never cleaned the room. No proper parking lot.
