- Staff were polite and helpful. Food was good and there was always a variety of fresh vegetable salads. The wellness centre provided the main spa features and a few pools. The mineral water was fantastic and we could feel its effect almost immediately. There was a fish spa for only 10lv. The prices of the massages seemed reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center in a quiet street.

- The facilities need renovation. There were torn wallpaper, missing light bulbs and cables sticking out in places. There wasn't free access to water at dinner and lunchtime and we had to buy it. There should be a timer in the steam bath just like in the other spa rooms. Children should not be allowed in the sauna and steam bath zone at all because they keep naking noise and opening the doors looking for their parents and ruin the experience
- the price was extremely high for the value we received. the room smelled of old furniture and there was no soap, shampoo in the bathroom (we asked at reception and were given a few packaged ones). the bathroom floor would also get flooded after showering. while the food was okay, it was quite mediocre for the price we paid per night.

It was close to the city center, the spa was nice and the food was okay. there was a nice balcony overlooking the pool and with a Mountain View. there was a large parking available to guests of the hotel.
