Park Hotel and SPA Vella Hills

SPA was good. Facilities were clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious and there was big choice for wine.

A bit expensive restaurant.

Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The spa is amazing - very welcoming staff, 3 pools with warm to hot water and spa rooms in great quality. The spa is open until 20 which is a great bonus when you're travelling during the day and resting in the spa after lunch. Breakfast is very good with a nice variety of everything you need. The room was huge and clean. I very much recommend this hotel and especially its spa

Rooms are very spacious and upgraded. I loved that they also had several inside heated pools. The spa is amazing.

The AC in the room did’t work, they sent someone to fix it but it didn’t cool the room and it was quite hot during the night.

The spa and the pools, the ebtire facilities including those for the kids.The comfort of the hotel which is elegant, classic, the view from the terrace and from the main pool is beautiful.The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, the second time here, we wish to come back and we recommend it further.

We really enjoyed the tranquility of the area around the hotel, with the nearby forest and the lovely clean air. The hotel rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean. We had a wonderful time in the outdoor mineral water swimming pool and the steam baths. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

The food was great and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The kids complained that the sofa bed was not comfortable. The big pool was not working even though it was full.

The restaurant had great service. It was quite spacious, the spa was great. It’s very family friendly with lots of thing for children to do. Especially in summer.

The rooms could use some soundproofing. We could hear the neughbours talking in the evening.

Overall, it was ok. Rooms are big. The spa area is nice.

The pool was very crowded and noisy.

The hotel is next to the woods so it is very peaceful. Rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are pretty cozy and in perfect condition: 2 saunas, 1 ice room, 3 steam rooms, 2 jacuzzis and an external pool with mineral hot water. Make sure to book a massage in advance - totally worth it. The restaurant is big and the food is top quality. Best spa experience!

The food in the restraurant was delicious and reasonable priced. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The pools and SPA was very good.

Their kid's club/inside space needs an upgrade - most toys were broken. It would have been a very nice touch if the outdoor playground had the snow cleaned up.
