SPA Hotel Elbrus

My reservation was for a room for two, but I paid and they put me in an apartment. You are not fair to your customers! I realized that I paid for an apartment after they put me in. I will not use your services in the future!

It was a great stay, everyone was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pools were clean and warm. We visited at the end of October and the temperature of the water was perfect. The spa amenities were also amazing. The atmosphere especially at dinner was a bit more on the traditional Bulgarian side with the music but we didn’t mind it.

The aqua park is highly advertised but it doesn’t work during the colder months and that is not mentioned anywhere. We stayed for 5 nights and we noticed that they rotated the food quite frequently so you don’t get a super wide variety but everything was tasty nonetheless.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Veligrand.?? There are a lot of options and things to do in order to relax (inside and outside pools, saunas, hammam etc.) ??‍♀️. The food is also very good. All in all the hotel is worth the visit and it is value for money.

Calm place with everything you need inside and you have breakfast lunch and dinner great value I will say clean and the spa is great as well

Not a bad location

The hotel does not maintain hygiene, everyone smokes in the pool area, both the staff and the guests!!! Mothers with children come to bathe their children in diapers!!! On the last day of our stay, I caught an infection, after which I vomited all night!!! To which the staff said, "Sorry, this happens to us sometimes???"

Perfect value for the money! The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, helpful! The facilities are very clean and cozy! Spa is good, and food is very tasty, with fresh products.

The food was delicious. Hot pools, nice location. Very friendly restaurant and bar staff.

Very rude attitude of the reception lady during check out. At 12:00pm we received call from reception lady telling us “ Pack your bags and leave immediately “, when I asked what about our late check out that was promised previous night answer was “ I sold the room this morning and need the room now”. This ruined our whole experience

The Food Was Rly Bad , we was two families and all got diarhea :) drinks are paids , ice scream too , aqua park paid too

The pool is under a shade, and the sunbeds are among pines, so it is not too hot in the summer. Good cooked food. Good value for money.

Still need some renovations.

The pool area ,it is a bit outdated ,not enough sun beds and not safe for walking around. The room is not cleaned daily. We stay 3 days ,never cleaned apart of bringing new towels and taking the bins .The hotel is outdated ,needs renovation

Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.

No complaints, no problems. We were very satisfied.

If you are looking for a parties you won't find them here. This is a family place, excellent for children. We've booked double room, but we got an apartment, without additional costs. The view from the balcony wasn't something, and for me this is not important. Important is that the apartment was clean and nice. Not perfect, but for that price excellent.Clean towels and bath robes each day.Staff is OK, nice and pleasant. Manager lady was present all the time, willing to help, always monitoring what is going on. Every reasonable request was accepted.Food was nice, almost same breakfast each morning, but enough of different options so you can combine your breakfast.Lunch and diner, with lots of different meals, so you can also combine. We didn't have a same meal for the three days of staying there.Pools were warm and clean, even the one outside. Aqua park wasn't working, but its normal for the period of year.Good and secured parking.

It was a little bit of a traveling in time, back to the old times... We personally liked it, the hotel is charming, the food is hearty, traditional and local. The staff was nice and the pools were good.

I'm returning for the second time, and this says enough about my opinion of the hotel. You get plenty for what you pay, and the SPA facilities are very good. When you combine this with the comfortable stay and the clean air from the mountain, you get everything that you could want from a place like this.

For things like spa procedures and drinks charged to the room, we were never provided with a written copy or a receipt of each charge for reference.

-This is a true, hidden jam. - excellent value for money-very friendly, genuinely-helpful and competent staff- Pools are great and not too crowded.

-Music at diner on Friday/Saturday. Too much , too loud-no possibility to make coffee/tea in room
