Very good spa options, perfect breakfast and dinner.

The location is on a higher ground and it is difficult to take a walk as you have to walk on the road. it is 3-5 min walk to the street but still not ideal.

Very good therapists in the Spa. After two sessions my pains were reduced.

The morning coffee wasn't very good, so we recommend changing the supplier or just providing espresso (not in capsules) for the guests who prefer it. The coffee machine in the rooms was with capsules as well and they were 2.90 per capsule. In most hotels coffee and water are compliments for the guests and supplied every day.

I liked everything about my stay. The hotel is high above the city next to the forest. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and the dinner were excellent, also the lunch menu is very good too. The indoor pool is better than the outdoor one.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors and I couldn't open them wide during the night. Also there was some loud music until late night from a restaurant down to the city.

Pool was clear and warm. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient

Spacious rooms.Always clean and looked after.Everything was very well organised, lots of surprises like gifts and performances at the hotel.A walk to the mountains just outside the hotel.A clean warm pool with new towels every day.

Dinner starts at 7pm, which was a bit too late for us.No actual door to close the bathroom, very weird.

The service was top notch and I'd say that's the selling pitch of the hotel!The spaciousness all around The location (near the woods)The spa was good but needed some renovation(the Roman bath was awesome though!).Overall really good for the price!

Lovely views and friendly staff.

No toiletries provided, just general soap/mad wash which was a surprise for 4star hotel.

The room was good family size. The food was excellent - plenty of different options every day. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is highly recommended

The salt room did not work during our 4-day stay. The hotel didn't have a family room with a mountain/town view. The activities for children over 7 yo are not much.

The view from our hotel room was amazing because it is at the top of the city. The room was big and with new furniture. The food at breakfast and dinner was various and delicious. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

The spa centre was not very big - only one swimming pool , sauna and steam room were open during the winter. It was also closing at 7pm although it was supposed to be 8pm (written on the room’s card) and the staff was very confused about the proper time. The hotel is around half an hour walk to the centre of the city.

Things i like it ;1) Location of the hotel.2) Easily find a parking place front of hotel.3) The Guy who plays keyboard and sing & song in the restaurant was good.4) Temperature of the pool was good , suitable for children.

Things i did not like it;1) There was a bad smell in the room once you go in ( the smell was like wet carpet).2) Pool was not so clear , the dirt could be seen on the surface.3) Breakfast was ok , but did not like the taste of foods of dinner.4) Ordered pizza and burger from lobby bar , the pizza dough and meatball of the burger not well cooked .

The food

Really small spa center and the water wasn’t very warm, especially the outdoor pool.

Nice view from balcony, room was clean, food was above average.

Due to heavy snow on the day of arrival, the uphill road leading up to the hotel was completely frozen and impossible to drive up on and no assistance or compensation was offered from the property’s end. The hot outdoor pool was not fully operating and the door leading to it was locked at 18:30 even though the SPA center was supposed to be open until 20:00. The fitness area was not heated and therefore was impossible to use considering the negative degrees outside. At the times of check in and check out, as well as restaurant service, the staff were not very friendly and welcoming and we were not even asked how our stay was upon departure.

Pool its OK but thay don't have someone how will take care of all that kids how jump in the pool and playing ball inside the pool. I will understand if some 2,3 or 5 years old kid jupm ones or twice but kids from 11, 12 years and older to jump all day long and nobody can stop them its unacceptable. All that noise is for aqua park not for Spa and Wellness zone in the hotel wirh 4 stars. By the way I have my own kids with me (11 and 14 years old).

We liked everything. The location, the hotel itself, very clean and comfortable, the very nice swimming pool with pleasantly warm mineral water ( not too hot, just the right temperature for relaxation!) , the restaurant and the variety of food, lots of very tasty everything.... We had a wonderful holiday in Olymp!

The inside pool is very nice, excellent temperature for babies.

We did not like the food.

We were accommodated in renewed room which was very good and comfortable. The water in the pool was clean and warm - which was very pleasant experience, so we can enjoy longer and quality pool time.

The food served at dinner shall be improved, for breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, nice hotel/ spa/ facilities/ town, good food.
