Location is amazing. Three diferent swimming pools with different mineral water. Delicious breakfast. Frendly staff. Exelent spa and massage.

Location and the value for price was excellent.

Inadequate signs to locate from the main road. Once you got in the general area of the town, there were adequate signs. Also, it did not readily show up on Garmin GPS

Excellent hotel with extraordinary spa facilities, extremely helpful staff at the reception, spa, the restaurant, the lobby bar, and the housekeeping. Knowing the landscape of spa hotels in Velingrad and Bulgaria very well, for my family and me Kashmir is currently the best one. We very much hope it will maintain the extraordinary quality in the future, so we continue enjoying it.

Exceptional staff and service, brilliant facilities, very clean and professional. Dinner quality is more than exceptional regarding the perfect service and ultra rare tastes. Can not be compared easily with other SPA hotels really.

Calming, quiet, roomy, the fact that it’s adults only, good breakfast

The spa and wellness center opens only at 09:00 because before it’s closed for maintenance- should be made the evening before and then self activity like pool can start earlier. The food at diner - need to be improved. The mattress is too soft and the quality of the tissues in the bathroom need to be upgraded

Don't stay and don't go to that Hotel me and my wife and more people get dizintery and fever from the food.4 days hi fever and stamek pain. Until know we feeling very very bad. The people in the dispatcher are very ugly persons give medicine and telling you that they know about it.

Everything.The pools are heated! Really heated.The hotel is actually clean, first time I see air vents without mold or dust. The place is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and overall a huge success! Breakfast and dinner offer a huge selection. You can see they are thinking of the little things. Service was very good. We recommend to do massage at the spa and ask for Fifi.

The spa facilities are really nice. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice.

Pretty much everything was on-point! The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English, big thank you to Sulaiman at the restaurant and the lady making omelets in the morning (I forgot her name). The pools, spa, and food choice and quality were excellent. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Nothing! We did have an issue with the AC one night and the team was extremely helpful and got us another room for the night until they fixed the one in our room. They handled it very well.

Apart from its main advantage - the adult only guest mode, excluding minors under 14 years of age, Kashmir offers a unique chance for getaway from the busy everyday life. Situated on a forest hill above the Kleptuza lake, the hotel is secluded from the city. The SPA center is excellent and offers various types of thermal experiences, not very often available at other hotels of that category (for example salt and aroma steambaths, herbal sauna and freely available salt room). The four small basins, situated outside in the forest, offer unique opportunity to relax in hot mineral water, staring at the green landscape around. The breakfast and dinner options are diverse, although not the best I've seen in a Bulgarian spa hotel. The staff is professional and polite. Don't hesitate to visit this wonderful hotel.

It's in the upper price range, compared to other 5 star SPA hotels in Bulgaria, but the adult only mode justifies it up to certain extent. Also the design language (goats, goats, goats) and the "lovebox" with aphrodisiacs in the room may not be suitable for everyone.

Very stylish, inside and out. The staff is top notch and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and so was the SPA.

Not a property’s fault, but smoking often overwhelms the subtle scent of the pine forest.

Amazing hotel, atmosphere! The service in the restaurant was exclusive. On Saturday there was live music with excellent saxophonist.

The place looked nice in photos, but the reality was different. The room wasn’t clean properly, and there was a strong smell. The shower was uncomfortable and leaked all over the floor. The water wasn’t hot, even after we were moved to a different room. Dinner was also disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. Service and communication were poor, and we didn’t feel welcome. Overall, not worth the price.

We like everything in this hotel - the style, the spa, the restaurant and the rooms. The entire staff is excellently prepared to make you feel well. The spa center is exceptional. The restaurant stands out with high quality food and service.
