The location was perfect. From our terrace we could see the Castello and sea plus the festa with Saint. The breakfast was good as was the service. A wonderful small pensione offering good service and a warm welcome.
Location.
We were late getting up and missed breakfast and needed a later check out. We were still getting over jet lag. The lady at the desk was nice to my face but was talking about me in Italian very rudely. She did not realize that a girl in the lobby who was part of my group spoke fluent Italian. Not nice!

Very nice location for visiting the historic center of Termoli and it’s beaches. The hotel has a lovely vintage charm to it. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the sea and port of Termoli. Quality price good.
Very friendly and obliging staff. Location is great as it is very central and directly next to the old part of the city, on the same time we had a very quite room to the back. The hotel is a little old but very special.
The shower was very small as it was ok for us, but some people might observe this as to be mentioned.
