Very nice hotel with great location and great views to the ocean and beaches. Room is nice, good size, comfortable. This is our first night in Italy and it really helps us rejuvenate.

Can be noisy due to the proximity to the beaches and the road below but that's what you expect for a beach town.

Great location. Exceptional sea view from the balcony. Air conditioning in the room. Nice cakes for breakfast. Joyful restaurant staff.

The balcony is always under the sun and it's impossible to enjoy it during the day, in addition it is separated from another room's balcony by a short railing so there is no privacy.Room not very clean (we found a silverfish on the wall and a dead fly on the floor which was taken away by ants in a matter of hours) with pretty thin walls (we could hear the neighbor sneezing).At the time of the reservation I informed that my wife is vegan and I asked could they let the people reponsible for breakfast know. We received a positive response. When we checked in they told us they knew about my request and that we should also ask the staff at the restaurant when it's time for breakfast. Unfortunately no preparation was done for this, the staff barely knew what a vegan diet is. We had to go to a bar to get a vegan croissant.The joyful staff at breakfast was quite noisy, some guests may want to eat in peace.
