    Pros +

    • We were very pleased with our stay here - the breakfast far exceeded our expectations, the staff were all very attentive and willing to help and were very welcoming to us, and the location absolutely could not be beat right next to the entrance to Pompeii! The rooms were comfortable, and had a balcony with a view. Our room was also perfectly located next to the elevator and the balcony that leads to the rooftop bar. Carmella was our primary host, and seemed eager to answer any questions we ever had and help in any way - she was great! Our primary reason for visiting was to see the ancient city, and we were lent an umbrella for our visit. It was a nice quiet place to stay, despite being a prime location. Close enough walking distance for us to a supermarket and mall for a few other things to do while in Pompeii.
    • Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a dinner on the rooftop watching the sunset that was delightful.
    • The rooms are recently renovated, very modern, comfortable beds and stylish room. Large size shower.Location couldn't be more convenient, just outside one of the entrances to Pompei ruins site. Friendly staff. The hotel has a nice roof top that we couldn't enjoy as it was closed for winter.

    Cons -

    • There is construction going on right now in front of the hotel that made it a little tricky to find the entrance, and it did feel as though we were the only ones staying at the property, but we couldn't comprehend why because the hotel was great!
    • Nothing, it was incredible
    • Nothing, exceeded our expectations

    Nothing, it was incredible

Immaculate, ideal location to ruins - only steps away, hotel is adorned with museum quality art & sculptures, staff is lovely. So much more than we could have dreamed

    Nothing, exceeded our expectations

As a travel advisor for the last 40 years I had been to Pompeii on several occasions, and in this hotel on a few occasions for lunch on coach tours that stop for lunch and a tour of the ruins of Pompeii. I had very low expectations going in that I would step into a new hotel, as in from the top down, this hotel has been renovated to the highest standards. The workmanship was TOP NOTCH !Every detail from the electric plugs to the balcony door latch, perfect. Great in room coffee machine, though it is much better at breakfast where I had a double espresso, ham and cheese omelet, and a glass of juice, perfecto ! Carmela and a little dog Nala greeted us on arrival, and showed us to our rooms, while Mora and Tena assisted us with local transportation. Carmela also recommended a local Gelato establishment that I will have to visit next trip. Staff is awesome !

The elevator is the last item on repair/remodel list. Not to worry, the stairs are lovely. Be sure to notice the statue on the way up.

Great location, beautiful room and fab staff.

That we didn’t decide to stay longer!

It was a block from the entrance to Pompeii. The roof restaurant was lovely and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The beds were firm and very comfortable!

Great location right near the entrance to Pompeii. Wonderful rooftop terrace where we ate dinner and lunch the owner was extremely friendly and generous with information around the Amalfi coast and Naples region.

They do have large tour groups in the dining room during the day, which makes it feel a little crowded and chaotic. But we went upstairs to the rooftop terrace, which was super quiet with lovely views.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Has a very old time Roman feel with modern amenities.

The room was beautiful, bed was opulent and very comfortable. The lighting options in the room and very nice and fun to play with. Very clean. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. Also not to mention the location was amazing to go to the Pompei ruins and it was so easy to get a guided tour right outside and just walk to the entrance. Highly recommended this place!

Great access to pompei. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet

    10TomPosted on: 9-19-2025

Incredible helpful staff. Thena was great and had us park our rental car right in front overnight. She knew rookies when she saw them! Room was beautiful and we looked out to the ruins and Vesuvius above. Great rooftop bar where we also had dinner as the sun set. The waiter from Australia was wonderful. Pompeii is magical as was our overnight stay. Wish we had just stayed there and driven for a day trip into Sorrento which was a mob scene, very expensive and noisy hotel.

    Nothing!

    10WilliamPosted on: 9-12-2025

The location is unbeatable and we had parking right by the entrance. The staff was so amazing. Room was great and the rooftop bar is wonderful plus great bar tenders

    There’s nothing yo dislike

Hotel was excellent and so close to the ruins. We loved the breakfast as well.

While the room was beautiful, the A/C just didn't quite cool the room enough in the late afternoon/evening.

People really friendly. Rooms were great. Steps from the entrance to Pompei.

    10JanPosted on: 7-9-2025

Like a small palace. Grand staircase. Elegant artwork throughout. Modern rooms +++. Super helpful staff. Can't say that we were not impressed. Exceeded expectations!!?

We arrived quite early to this hotel and they were able to get us into our room. This was so helpful as we were heading out on a guided tour of Pompeii. The location could not be beat - it's in the plaza where one of the entrances to Pompeii is located. The room was nice, the staff were kind. The breakfast buffet was extensive and in addition there were a number of prepared options such as omelets, pancakes, and bacon & eggs.

    10QIANGPosted on: 5-29-2025

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel quality. Premium location, free parking, great breakfast. highly recommend.

    9RichardPosted on: 5-19-2025

The staff, location and updated rooms were spectacular. The staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged the best car service to the airport.

The room was way too hot. There was no air conditioning in the room. We had the staff check, but it didn’t cool the room .

Location to Pompeii Ruins is so close. Easy to walk to from the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for better location. Very clean. The hotel manager was phenomenal. He greeted us when we arrived late and helped us with our luggage and helped us with all aspects of our stay with advice and luggage storage. He even arranged for us to be driven to the train station. Very attentive and perfect for a stay to visit the archeological park.
