Very nice place. You can't get a better location. Yet it's quiet and the courtyard is peaceful. The food is also excellent.

Whoever made this a four-star hotel should be fired! At best maybe a 1.5 star!

Perfect location directly across from an entrance to the archeological park. Staff were lovely, very helpful arranging a taxi and holding luggage. Room very well appointed and comfy. Wish it had not been raining as I would have loved to sit in the amazing garden surrounded by lemon trees!

Bathtub was quite high and a bit hard to get in and out.

Great location, almost directly across from the entrance to the archeological site and very close to the city center. Beautiful courtyard with a very impressive collection of citrus trees. Restaurant on site with friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

We missed having a coffeemaker or kettle in the room. And while the breakfast was very good, the coffee was not.

The hotel is very convenient to the Pompei Archaeological Site. It also offered free parking at apot very close to the hotel.we'll

One of the staff members at reception was quite rude throughout our stay for reasons unknown. However, the dining room staff were wonderful and extremely personable and helpful.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Forum. It is the perfect location to visit Pompeii! The staff was so helpful in arranging a private guide for Pompeii and assisting in ferry reservations for Capri. I love the restaurant and sitting outside under the pergola with lemons and grapevines.The food is delicious and the waitstaff is so friendly.

Hotel was clean had a nice garden to relax and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and the Pompeii ruins.

We returned to Hotel ForumPompeii for the fifth time, because we love this hotel – it’s beautiful lemon garden is a wonderful respite after hot hours touring the Pompeii archeological park, whose amphitheater gate is directly across the street from the hotel ( and the least busy entry point) - it couldn’t be more convenient! Warm, helpful staff, an outstanding breakfast buffet and interesting options for both lunch and dinner in their indoor and outdoor restaurants complete the package. And did I mention they have wonderful air conditioning in the rooms? We highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back the next time we visit Pompeii.

Breakfast was excellent. Room had a modern look. Dinner at the restaurant was good as well. Parking is right across the street. There are good places to dine nearby as well. Pompeii ruins is right across the street.

Location was perfect for our itinerary.

There was a strong sewer gas smell in the room due to some city issues. Staff was very helpful in trying to minimize it.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and things to see.

The location was excellent. The mini suite was perfect for our situation with two rooms. Very modern rooms with excellent finishes. We loved the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. We would stay there any time we are back.

We met Luigi who is a member of the owners family! He was absolutely amazing. He help us with our luggage, check in, parking, bar tending and waiting on our table at dinner. We all loved the Hotel Forum and if we ever return to Pompeii we will defiantly stay there.
