    Pros +

    • Close to Pompeii
    • It was close to the ruins, but in a location with lots of traffic. Noise level at night, however, was okay. The hotel itself was quiet. The room was quite large with good exterior ventilation. Shower worked well but was tight. Very nice closet.
    • The location was PERFECT. Our room was facing the street. I read the reviews complaints about the noise. Yes, it's on a busy street, but it was not bad. This hotel is around the corner from the station and Pompeii 's porta marina, we took the train to Naples, ercolano, sorrento, SUPER convenient. It is also a nice walk to the town.

    Cons -

    • No kettle, not enough knives for 3 people to eat with in the apartment, we had an ant infestation the staff got rid if.
    • Lighting in room could use improvement. The internet did not work well in the room or garden. Complimentary coffee or tea would have been nice in the lobby instead of twice bar price, do it yourself. Staff could have been better informed.
    • I thought it would be closer to the Ruins.

The man at reception was so very nice! He was very fast and efficient. He helped me carry my very heavy luggage. I was so very grateful to him! Another person staying there helped carry my luggage downstairs for me. So wonderful for me! The front desk recommended a DELICIOUS restaurant for me to go to.

I thought it would be closer to the Ruins.

Location is perfect. 5min to Pompeii scavi station and 5min to gate of Pompeii park. Staff super friendly. The room has small Kitchenette.

Shower doesn’t always have hot water. Toilet does not work.

This place is horrible, starting from prostitutes every night, since they can rent a room for one hour, to getting way worse rooms than you booked. The showers do not work normal, we had to buy our own shower heads. It is normal for police to burst into your room at night to get a prostitute on drugs of her balcony. The suite bathtub does not work, you have to wait at least an hour for it to fill and the bubbles dont work, the showers are broken. The staff does not care about the problems. For the rooms, you will get nothing looking like the photos, it seems that they do not even have those rooms.

    Only location

Was very bad situation with this hotel. In rooms are working prostitution. All night and day , mans are going there. Some of them after alcohol and drugs, doing stupid things, for example trying to jump out true window…do not go there..!

Very good located, friendly staff. Good size room.

The restaurant was not our type but it is nicely done.

    Superb

Dish soap and dishcloth to clean dishes, soap for washbasin and shower.

Close to the gates of Pompeii and train station. We appreciated the outdoor patio outside our room

The rooms were basic. Room had two hairdryers, neither of which worked. Took a couple days to get another one that worked. Kitchen area didn’t have enough utensils to cook much but appreciated the fridge. Staff weren’t very helpful in directed us to a store for groceries.

Close to Pompei, staff very helpful and it was good they gave us a discount voucher for the restaurant

    8ClairePosted on: 8-27-2024

Location is perfect, 5 mins from the ruins, and restaurants etc. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. We loved the balcony, although not a great view. The staff were so friendly. Can’t fault them at all.

The kitchen was tiny, and just about functional. No kettle, no parring knife, no oven, no cloths to wipe down. No real basic cooking products (apart from oil. Expect there to be salt, pepper coffee, sugar etc. So you don’t have to bring absolutely everything.

Parking was tight but available. The location was superb. Very close to Pompeii Ruins and main street. Host was available and very organized and friendly upon arrival - always available to help.

Room was a bit tight for a family of 4. No microwave. Lots of stairs but that is not their fault. Hard to get out of the parking lot on the last day because everyone was parked everywhere. A bit far from grocery store.

    Great location and helpful staff

Bathroom dirty and water leaking from toilet

    10Ken S.Posted on: 6-9-2024

Close to main entrance of Pompeii. Room is spacious with big bedroom and kitchen. The front desk is very welcome, introduce all the necessary information and even walk us to the room.

    5StaceyPosted on: 5-15-2024

The location was excellent. We were able to walk easily to and from Pompei Scavi-Villa dei Misteri (train station), even with luggage in tow. We used the train and also some tours based out of the train station. The room was spacious and even had a kitchen with fridge, so we walked to a market nearby for food.

The beds were not good. They really need new mattresses. And there was no soap in the bathroom. We did hang out the “do not disturb” sign… but when we asked for more toilet paper it never came.

Close proximity to to archaeological park

    Stairs, no kettle, tea etc

    8ThomasPosted on: 5-9-2024

Great location to train station, Vesuvius bus and to Pompeii ruins. Room was large and clean. The out door patio was a great place relax after walking for hours.

    Property was great.

Near Scavi Train Station and main Pompei Entrance and train to Sorrento. Clean nice rooms with great staff for a great value. Balcony on front room was great.

Street noise if in front is fairly high but acceptable.
