The location was outstanding.

Our shower had holes in the pan. It was rotten making it unsafe to stand on. The staff was geared for bus tours staying. They would pick clean pans of food for breakfast making the wait longer.

It was right across the street from the Pompeii archaeological site, which was perfect. And, they held our bags for the day even after we checked out while we went to Pompeii. Exceeded all expectations!

We were nervous because the sign on the top of the building was kind of broken, but pleasantly surprised when we got to the entrance, walked in to a lovely space and were greeted by friendly staff!

The restaurant staff was amazing!

Wifi didn't work in the room.

I liked lemon garden, secure parking lot. I always had space to park my car. I liked view from breakfast restaurant and my room.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Across the street is one of the gates into the Park. Maybe a 1 min walk. There is a cafe & bar downstairs that is nice. And several cafes and shops around the area. It’s very clean and has a very good breakfast with a nice breakfast staff.

There was scaffolding impeding the view. But it comes down soon so will be good then. The beds also have some water proof pads on them. This is understandable but hot and kinda uncomfortable.

Beautiful room, hotel and room decor and tiles beautiful, friendly, helpful staff, shower, quiet. Great location across the street from south entrance to Pompeii .A short walk into town to see Madonna of the Rosario magnificent church. Perfect. .

Scaffolding in front of the building obscure views and made for really poor ambiance from both the room and the breakfast venue. View of the archaeological site would have been terrific if not for the scaffolding.

Great location - right across the street from one of the main entrance gates to the Pompeii archeological site and a short walk into the vibrant town for the restaurants and shopping. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff are amazing. Made everything perfect for us. And the restaurant was superb! We ate there every night it was so good. Try the pizza and desserts!

Not at all connected to the hotel, there was a lone, caged macaw in the next building that we could see from our room.Very sad indeed

Great location to visit Pompei. Convinient parking and luagage transfer from car to the room

Room was not clean. We found hair on the pillow, the blanket was stained, the sofa was not clean. We had a leaky shower.The toilet is not convinient to use.The all room just felt very old.

The hotel is across the street from one of the entrances to the ruins of Pompeii - location is perfect. The total is old, but our room was in a refurbished area and quite comfortable. Breakfast is quite good, but try to skip the rush hour of the excursions or you will stay in line. Parking was an added benefit.

Breakfast was served on the upper floor, where it was supposed to have a view of the ruins, but we were unlucky, since scaffolds in front of the hotel obstructed the view.

Great location for visiting all of the major sights in the area including Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Sorrento (by train). We took a final day trip to Capri. There are Around Vesuvius tour offices almost next door where you can book day trips. We are glad we stayed in Pompei rather in Sorrento which would have been more expensive and less convenient.About the restaurant (Vernelli). Food excellent. Staff not very attentive and needed chasing for service. Breakfast manager was excellent. Spoke to every guest every morning and was great for information about the local area. Thank you!

Staff in the Vernelli Restaurant were disappointingly lacking in service and attention.The rooms are quite basic although clean and comfortable. No complimentary coffee (only tea) and no milk provided.

The breakfast offered in the Hermes cafe was lovely. The location of the hotel is wonderful as we were there for the Pompeii ruins excursion.
