Clean and modern with a wonderful team of people that understand the art of service! The food is wonderful especially the pizzas. On pastas and risotto know you need to tell them to cook it longer as everything is al dente Italian and fresh pasta.

Location was 10/10, reasonable walk to the ruins. Very clean overall happy. No shampoo in the washroom? Maybe I missed it

Breakfast wise okay, a little disappointed that there wasn't an omelette station, or the ability to order eggs to our liking. Other than that, it was good

Very smart hotel, well renovated in a beautiful building. The rooms were clean, smart and well equipped. And the restaurant was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. And of course the location, a couple of minutes by foot from the entrance to the Pompeii ruins.

I loved everything about the property. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were great and the food was delicious. We had a big group dinner and the chef treated us very well. The location is also excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the entrance to pompeii

This is a five star hotelexperience. Amazing staff, food, service, spa, gym, rooms, drinks....everything was perfect!

The location was great for going to see the ruines within walking distance. Restaurants located close, town square with in walking distance. The breakfast in comparison to the other hotels we visited during this vacation was limited and not very good.

Very comfortable hotel close to nice restaurants, cafes, the Pompeii station and the amphitheater entrance of the Pompeii ruins. Their rooms are big, bathroom supplies are very nice and they are environmentally conscious. They are a big hotel with the advantages of early check in and baggage check services.

A small but important complaint. Their hot water kettle cannot be operated as it blows a fuse in the room so you cannot have morning tea. There are many cafes within 2 mins walking distance of the hotel in addition to their own restaurant, but this small service is provided even by the cheapest hotels worldwide and should be fixed.

Beautiful room and excellent location and service!

Location is excellent for Pompeii excavation site and the train station(s)—5 minute walk to both. The hotel is nicely designed, clean and comfortable.

The rooftop was closed for the winter, even just for viewing (we asked to see the view but the staff declined). The rooftop was a main attraction so this was disappointing. We asked about the spa but rather than call the spa or simply providing information from the front desk, we had to go down to ask for info. The lady at the spa then said availability was uncertain but to come back later that afternoon to check but that last bookings had to be for 4:30 (despite it officially closing at 7:30 pm)! The spa is also an extra charge not free. In the end we didn't have time to use it as we got back from the ruins at 6 pm. In a normal world that would be fine as there is 1.5 hours before closing but not so here. Additionally the housekeepers did not come while we were out, even though we hadn't put the "do not disturb" sign on. They left a note saying they didn't want to disturb our privacy (we weren't there at the time, so I'm not sure what that was about). The shower in the room a tendency to flood the bathroom a bit. Also the rooms have the kind of bathrooms that give you very very little privacy if you are with another person. And there are church bells at 7 am.

Great design, chique but not overdone. Very friendly staff. very good location to enter the ruins of old Pompeji near the amphitheatre. good food. very nice spa with a great massage treatment.

Overall a good stay: spacious room, decent breakfast, nice property and convenient location.

Price is not adequate (clearly too expensive even taking into account it is a nice place). Since it is a recent property it is strange it does not feature a swimming pool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa was reasonably priced and very clean. The room was big, clean and modern.
