- everything seems to be nothing, but I paid 21 euros for three bottles of drinking water without gas. I didn't drink alcohol from the mini bar, just 3 bottles of water. I will never return here. the bedding was not changed once during the 12-day stay, and the towels were also not changed once. I would give this hotel a 3 out of 10 and only for the location.

1. Worse hotel in service, hospitality, accommodation, and everything else2. Guests are forced to go out of their rooms from 10:30-1:30pm.3. No air-conditioning if you choose to stay in your room. No air-conditioning in August is worse.4. Communication is bad. Front desk should know to speak English. 5. Customer service is so poor! They won't let you stay at the dining room even if you are still eating. The breakfast opens from 7:30-10 am and they will kick you out if the room.
The owner should improve their hotel standard especially customer service.
We just stayed 2 nights, primarily to visit the nearby waterpark. The hotel is in a nice location right on the beach, and the restaurant in front of the hotel has good food. Breakfast was basic but adequate.
We bought a 6 pack of 1L water bottles at the nearby supermarket along with some other groceries biscuits etc, but the man at the reception did not allow us to take the water to the room, only 1 bottle was allowed. We are a familly of 4 so I found this annoying to say the least. I would understand if it was alcohol, but water?... Anyway, that was my only complaint.
