The location, the front desk staff, the garden/pool area, and the hotel room's bathroom was a stand-out, although the entire room and terrace was great.

Cons -

Restaurant's primary server/ manager. He is as poor a representative of your staff as you could possibly find. He appears to resent the fact that he has this particular job, so he is rude and dismissive to guests. Also, the food is very poor quality!
only plastic packages for decaf coffee!!
The host at the restaurant. He was not at all welcoming and later we could clearly hear him yelling at someone in the kitchen. Very unprofessional.

The parador is beautifully situated on the cliff. It has bed. Photographed millions of times for good reason. We had beautiful views from our room. A stay here is highly recommended!
