The Albatroz Hotel

The Albatroz is a beautiful, luxurious hotel set in an ideal location in Caiscas. The service was superb, the restaurant divine, and the experience exceeded our expectations. It was easily worth much more than the price we paid.

Not a thing.

The people, the food at the restaurant, comfy bed, the view of the ocean.

The tub shower was tough to get into.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dining room was most attractive with large windows looking out on the beach. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea.

The service didn't seem on par with a 5 star hotel. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Superb location next to beach. In town centre near railway station so convenient for visits to Lisbon. Attractive decor. Terrace bar and restaurant overlooking the beach and sea. Very good cuisine

The staff were excellent but perhaps a little formal While the room was lovely with an ocean view it was a tad expensive

Breakfast eggs were runny. There is not much to complain about with this place, we wished we booked a longer stay!

The Albatroz Hotel was gorgeous! A really great experience for me and my daughter to get out of city area of Lisbon and enjoy Cascais! The hotel was right next to the beach … beautiful views! The staff was very attentive and helpful… especially Alex—the Romanian speaking gentleman! Thank you Alex for being so nice and welcoming to us! The bedroom had a patio that was right outside by the pool area so it was great for us. The bedroom was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable! We would have loved to stay more!!! The breakfasts and food in general was DELICIOUS! We loved our stay and would most definitely come back!!! Thank you all!

The hotel is in a very good location. Though hard to find initially, it is along the ocean, and though not private, has the feeling of a private beach, along with the hotels pool above it. Beautiful views as we upgraded to a balcony room that faced the ocean. Every morning a plentiful and tasty breakfast was served. Loved our welcome amenity of a carafe of Port wine.

Due to being on the top floor and having a premium location, the elevator did not go up to the top. Had to transfer to take the stairs. Not a big deal for us but could be for someone with limited mobility. Google maps couldn't find the location, though we were only a block away. No usb plugs for charging phones/tablets.
