Amazing ocean front hotel 10 min walk from city center!! breakfast is great!!

The hotel is situated on the edge of town with a walking path that you can take to the city or walk along the beautiful coast. The staff was excellent and super helpful.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was great.

Beds are very hard. Sliding doors to the bathroom are hard to open.

Location, location, location! Absolutely loved the location. I was there alone for a week, felt very safe. Had a n ocean view and a small kitchenette. Check in was very easy. I loved that the hotel wasn’t in a very busy area but was only 10 min walk to everywhere.

The property is a bit outdated, especially the rooms. Didn’t bother me but if you are looking for a more modern stay, this place might not give you that. However the lobby was very modern and I think the restaurant is also but I didn’t eat there so I can’t confirm.

Room was large and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room itself was noisy; many children not well controlled. Coffee machines produced substandard coffee. Lots of food available, but not exciting. Mediocre.Our room was OK but could have used a refresh. The shower was very slippery and needs a mat.

Coffee in the large dispensers were frequently just warm not hot. Everything else was great. Also, didn't love the music festival right behind the hotel. Disturbing!

Location is fantastic, the facilities for children are great and the grounds are immaculate.

We had to move a bed against a wall to accommodate sleeping children, underneath, the carpeted room was not clean. We have two small children who both got ill during our stay at the hotel. This required a couple of bedding changes and the staff associated with this were fantastic. Disappointingly, a very confusing and misleading laundry pro forma led to an exorbitant charge of around €130for a bag of laundry. It took my partner a significant amount of robust discussion to eventually get a 50% refund on the laundry costs, which I was assured would be returned to my credit card. This did not happen until we chased up the hotel 3 weeks later, at which point it was completed within the hour. This experience is purely fact.From an opinion point of view, we did not feel welcome with young children, more of an inconvenience for a hotel which caters for business, tour group and golfing customers. The lack of clarity around the laundry and subsequent discussion revealed a lack of understanding, particularly from the reception staff (my partner had to ask to speak to the manager regarding the issue). Overall, a disappointing hotel experience.

well located, right outside of town center, can go through property gate and in 2-3 minutes is in town center (walking). Rain shower was great. AC fine. Parking right outside hotel. Our room even had a kichenette but we did not use.

Its location and the proximity to the town, shopping, and restaurants. The views were nice. The facility was clean and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks.

The rooms were large and accommodated our group of three, however they felt too plain and simple for a 4-star. The hallways were dark with low ceilings and had no circulation. We could hear the tv from the room above us and there was some construction (drilling and moving sounds) during the mornings.

Stayed on 1st floor very hot and dark in hallways. Room was upgraded but both closets didn’t open properly. Drawers in bedroom closet were dirty. Diana at front desk ordered a car for us to airport 3 days in advance. Ride never arrived and front desk didn’t really take care of us. Got a taxi but stressful due to late start.

Amazing property!! Right next to small castle and adjacent to light house the views were spectacular. Very very family friendly with kids activities by the pool and family activities in the lobby. Very short walk to main city center. Excellent drinks at the bar.
