High standard of rooms and facilities, good location, valet parking.

Restaurant option was limited but meant we visited some great local Portuguese restaurants.

New hotel in a decent location

Spa requires better infrastructure and service.

The hotel was very clean and minutes walk from the center of the city

We asked for early check in for a work meeting and when we got to the hotel they couldn't provide it. They didn't allow a couple of friend to come to the pool and spend the afternoon with us, even when we offer to pay per person

The hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price.There were ongoing renovation works during our stay, which made it noisy and dusty — particularly in the room we were given on the ground floor. It was difficult to relax. Reception staff were unresponsive and didn’t address any of our concerns.Service in the restaurant was also disappointing. We were the only guests there, yet no one approached us for a long time, and overall the service was non-existent.We’d also like to mention the administrator, Katya, whose attitude felt cold and indifferent — not what you expect from a hospitality professional.To make matters worse, a fire alarm went off just as we were checking in, and we had to evacuate the building. This negatively impacted our impression and sense of safety from the start.Another frustrating experience happened in the spa. There were no towels prepared, and while we were swimming, staff took our bathrobes without asking. When we asked for them back or requested replacements, we were ignored. Even after reminding them six hours later, nothing was done.Overall, the stay was disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel; beautiful facilities; excellent breakfast buffet with made to order items; friendly staff and great location central to all main attractions in Cascais.

Everything was GREAT

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is close to downtown Cascais and mostly the breakfast is excellent.

The coffee capsules and water bottle were not replaced each day; you get 1 bottle and 2 capsules for your stay jo matter how long.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several aspects that didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel.While nothing was terribly wrong, we’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that were far superior.

The restaurant options were very limited, and while breakfast was decent, it was quite average. The rooms felt rather small, and the parking area was also very limited, with only a few available spots.We also found the staff not to be the friendliest.

Location, facilities and staff very professional

The staff are very friendly, always willing to help. The hotel is new, clean and stylish. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is right in the centre of Cascais. I hope the hotel maintains this high level of service. We'll be back.

We booked a room with a patio but unfortunately there is a hedge blocking the view so I would recommend booking a room with a balcony..

We enjoyed our whole experience staying in Legacy Hotel, bedroom was incredible comfortable with a lovely sunny ( weather permitting) balcony which was furnished with very comfortable chairs.having the outdoor space was perfect for us.

The hotel is outstanding from location, to staff to facilities. The room was comfortable. The on-site restaurant superb - best taste experience . Breakfast selection was plentiful and again over expectations. We walked to the waterfront easily and visited the stores. Cascais is beautiful.

Not a thing.

Breakfast was great - I like healthy breakfast with nuts and seeds and yogurt + tea and coffee. Ginger shots were great too. My only issue was the staff kept trying to remove my plates too fast

All facilities new, well functioning and of tasteful design, staff superbly pleasant, refreshing and calming scent and subtle music throughout the hotel. Location a few minutes you from the restaurants and cafes but in a calmer, residential spot.

No Netflix, but this is a very, very minor point whilst a week stay.

It’s very new and has a lovely relaxed style. The dining area is lovely and bright; nice choice for breakfast.Used the gym, indoor pool and sauna; very nice set up and although the outdoor pool looked inviting, my visit was in winter…The bed was extra comfy and I loved all the pillows. My room had a nice balcony with a view across Cascais and I could watch lovely sunrises in the mornings. Loved the coffee facilities in the room.Easy exploring Cascais on foot and it also a great place from which to have a day out in Sintra which is less than 20 minutes away by taxi/Uber.

Paying for extra coffee capsules if you’re in the room for more than a night seems a little mean, but coffee out in Portugal isn’t expensive, so I really shouldn’t complain.

The location and staff were very friendly. The balcony facing the swimming pool was very nice.
