    • Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We had, I think, the best (corner) room in the old building, with the panoramic view from the pretty, historic balcony that you see in all the photos. It was a beautiful room with an incredibly comforable bed and exquisite bed linen. The dainty breakfast was delicous and the staff were super helpful.
    • Breakfast was great and I enjoyed being able to pick from a menu. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Rodrigo in particular made our stay enjoyable with personalized recommendations. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
    • Very nice venue very well located, close to the center but in quiet area. Good service with a constant focus on details and a staff customer minded. Overall very good hotel.

    Cons -

    • Tiny shower and minimal wardrobe / storage space. Had to store suitcases in the main bedroom space (experienced the same wardrobe issue at Immerso, further up the coast). We booked this hotel because it had a rooftop swimming pool. We knew it would be small but it's literally a postage stamp sized plunge pool, almost completely pointless. The parking situation is a ballache. The (lovely, helpful) staff had to park and retrieve our vehicle in the marina car park opposite and since the hotel operates with skeleton staff this meant there was often nobody at the front desk and extra time had to be factored into every excursion.
    • Make sure you enter the correct number of guests on the booking page. I had informed hotel about my husband and I staying but forgot to click 2 guests on the booking page so they charged me extra . Very disappointing
    • All good

Beautiful Room. Great design and room size. Very conveniently located.

The dining room , small and lacking personality and ambiance. Limited lunch menu. Inadequate and limited breakfast menu lacking basic things like croissants. Might need to review the whole conception of breakfast policy…The concrete panels outside the windows are weird and block both light and view of the park

The location was very good. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The breakfast portions could have been larger. The in room coffee was not very good. The bathroom sink and countertop area was too small.

Perfect location! Amazing room with everything we need! We were spoiled by everything they provided us. The staff were so friendly and special thanks to the manager! We also really enjoyed their breakfast! Would definitely stay there again!

    Nothing!

Lovely staff - so professional and attentive without being intrusive. Such a lovely stay

    The lack of full restaurant

The location, the staff and the pillows. The room was extensively cosy.

The shower and Cascais has a lot of people with stupidly loud cars and exhausts. The room muffled the noise but when people who own such cars are so inconsiderate there is little the hotel can do.

Loved the concept, great room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but would have preferred some free choice. Disappointed that the roof top and pool was closed, I probably wouldn’t have chosen if I knew this.

    The location is superb !

The room we got for my mother, the bathroom was way too small and uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better

Very clean and well designed hotel, perfect location, exceptional breakfast.

My room was located close to the stairs, it was a bit noisy, I could hear conversations in the lobby and at the staircase.

Most beautiful hotel Booking we’ve done! Gorgeous room and hotel! Close to everything! Extraordinary hotel people/food amazing! Would have stayed longer!

The staff is friendly and responsive; however, this is a 3-star hotel at best - the worst I've stayed at in quite a while.

The dining options are extremely limited. Despite their 5-star rating, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and only offers seven vegan menu items. There are no meat or seafood options available. The internet connection is practically nonexistent, dropping approximately 10 times per day, making it impossible to work. The hotel lacks basic amenities expected at this level - no spa, gym, or massage facilities. The only positive aspect is the friendly staff and driver. However, if you need reliable internet access for work or expect diverse dining options beyond the limited vegan menu, this is not the right place to stay. Overall, a disappointing experience.

An incredible experience! Such a beautiful hotel. Wife and I stayed for 2 nights in a Signature Suite with Ocean View room. Too many positives to list!! Valet parking is really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was delightful. Smart TV allows phone casting. Wi-Fi is good. The hotel location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre and the coastal walking/bicycle trail. The staff are welcoming/friendly and super helpful. The restaurant is AMAZING!! We had dinner and breakfast - both fantastic experiences. We hired bicycles from the hotel and went on a 20km ride. Was easy to organise, a good price and very convenient. Our shower leaked a bit, but this didn't bother us! Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Cascais!!
