Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must belong to one of the room's guests. In the event of the impossibility to present this card, Hotel da Rocha will refund the amount already charged and guests will have to pay the full amount at check-in.
