It was a very good stay for our family. The snack bar was amazing, always a choice for kids and adults. It is a very nice compact hotel. The staff was very helpful.

There was noise coming into room from the lobby area especially when people gathered and noisy.

Pool, very kid friendly, pool kid area with pirate ship, food was excellent, we had all inclusive and it was worth it also fun going to the restaurant. Good entertainment. Always something going on .The family room was great, spacious enough to be with 2 kids.

That the family lounge was for an additional payment

The pools are great, good food, a lot of variety. Good value for money! very nice staff

Shows are late in the evening so if you are with small kids it's after their bed time. Room is pretty crowded for a family, but it does have a sperate area for kids beds so that is very nice. Also the kids club is without parents and my 4 years old didn't want to go without me.

You could tell that the basic idea of this hotel is to be generous about everything, making sure you'll have plenty of everything available at all time. Be it food, drinks, entertainment and general service and attention to any request.

A perfect vacation for families, plenty of fun and activities including kids club and pool parties and activities. The staff was kind, lovely and helpful. The food was great and varied through all day. Perfect location on the broad walk next to the sea and the water activities along the shore.

The staff was great, smiling and helpful. We added late check out and we got to use all the facilities until we left to the airport, including extra dinner.

The only thing that was not perfect was the balcony. It didn't bother me that much, just not perfect :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!The location is excellent, the facilities are diverse, and there is plenty to do for children. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, even if the property is a little bit older.What truly made our vacation special was the staff – their personal attention, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are something you don’t usually find, especially not in a large hotel chain. We felt cared for on every level.Perfect for families looking for an all-inclusive vacation with a warm personal touch.

Everything! The staff was truly amazing, making sure we are having the best time and going above and beyond to suggest and arrange additional things for us and our special moments! A HUGE thank you to Ms. Kristi for her efforts and great support and overall hospitality during our visit! She made us and especially our child feel like royalty! Also the facilities are amazing, clean and there are a lot of activities for kids

I liked everything! This is a perfect family hotel. The service, the facilities, the food, are all top notch.I want to especially thank Malena and Stefan from reception that were extremely gracious and helpful. Also Kristi from guest relations that made sure we are having a great time.The entertainment team is amazing!The food is great, and clean and fresh. The open-all-day snack bar is really great.It's really a great value for money!

The only thing is I wish we could have enter the kids club with our kids, our 4 years old was afraid going in alone and our 2 years old was not even allowed in (it's from the age of 4 and no parents are allowed).
