I booked a room with a king size bed and got a twin bed that after I complained to the manager he sent someone to top the 2 mattresses with a top cover - as a couple it’s not so exceptional for a highly level hotel . The room I’ve booked showed an inland trees view and we got instead a wall In front of us and a kids club . I was very disappointed especially that I mentioned in my order that we are going to get married. I think it was kinder to at least change the room with a garden view as I booked from the first place for the wedding day .

Our experience was unfortunately disappointing. While there were a few exceptions like Aimee who was kind and welcoming, most of the front desk staff felt unapproachable and not very helpful. The room itself did not meet our expectations, the room was noisy and hallway had an unpleasant smell, and when we asked to change rooms, our request was not accommodated and we were met with an unwelcoming response. In addition, the constant watchful attitude of the staff made us feel uncomfortable when using the facilities, instead of being able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is high quality and fresh.They have a sister Hotel right near them and you can have their breakfast and use the facilities.

The adults only infinity pool was closed for an event during one of the days.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.The breakfast is very nice (nothing special, but everything is done properly).There is free parking for guests

Since we arrived with a toddler, we would have been happy if there was a possibility to free up part of the minibar in favor of a refrigerator for our use so that we wouldn't have to go out for every meal and could store a few things.

Property was big and with a view on the sea

Service was soo bad staff and manager had bad attitude, not friendly at all.

Cat under my breakfast table not so great. Room was ok, mattress not comfortable. Linen felt damp constantly. Slipper was ripped. Staff asked my sister in front of everyone in the pool was she a guest and for her room number. Unprofessional, he should have pulled her aside if he was an unfamiliar face while another guests had about 6 visitors with their children in the pool from another resort. No one said a thing. I was offended just as she was as it seemed as if we were the only 2 people of darker skin there.

The facility in the common area were great, but the room standard looks very old. There is a huge gap between the rules to all other parts of the hotel.

Staff is very nice, decent gym, pools and breakfast location are very charming. Ouzeri restaurant is also very good.

Hotel could use some maintenance, and inland rooms are extremely noisy (you can hear the road which makes it difficult to sleep, even when you are not a "light sleeper"). Management not willing to do anything to resolve the problem (does not even want to recognize the issues even though it is pretty clear).

For 5 star hotel I found it a bit dated, the bed was very uncomfortable, the price too high for what the hotel offers. There isn’t any beach in front of hotel and sea view is obstructed from the benches.

We loved the welcoming staff including Mr Panos the GM as well as the reception staff a specially Diana that was helpful and always smiling. We also loved the fresh tasty breakfast. The service was outstanding, every morning we were greeted by Eleni that knew exactly what we liked.

This is my second stay at almyra We stayed for a week in 2023 and then for another week in 2025 beautiful hotel, perfect location, the breakfast is good and hot many varieties

The hotel's restaurants prices are extremely high compared to the other fine dinnings we tried... and the food portions are very small

The outside of the hotel looks and feels very nice (Spa, pools, tennis). Staff were really nice and friendly.

The room is old, need ti be renovated and redesigned. Its a totally different design than the outside of the hotel. And the overall experience when seeing the room for the first time is disappointing.
