Pros +

  • the location is very good and the rooms are clean and comfotable
  • The lobby was really elegant. It has nice facilities. Big outside pool, nice inside pool, but none of the pools were heated and it was too cold for me in November. The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The hotel and the rooms were quite large so I had plenty of space. The staff was always available and very friendly
  • incredible delicious food every evening, enjoyed breakfast too..great staff. Comfortable bed. Amazing pools. Next to the beautiful sandy Venus beach.

Cons -

  • the top tung when entering the hot tub is missing and as a result needed help in getting out. the water in the indoor pool was cold so I did not use it.
  • Big outside pool, nice inside pool, but none of the pools were heated and it was too cold for me in November. There was a small Jacuzzi that wasn't very hot and was always filled with little kids (because the pool was too cold).I was really looking forward to the gym. They had a nice size gym but not a lot of equipment and it was pretty run down. They had a sauna that was nice and a wet sauna that was broken when I was there.
  • Only allowed to renew pool towels every other day. Had to purchase milk for coffee in the room.

I like the place because it was kosher.

I really didn’t like it was the room I was in it. It was with the bad smell, and it was a lot of mold around of the room. I even take took a picture of the place a lot of pictures there was so much mold. I was in the first floor and I asked them to exchange the room, but they didn’t want to do that for me. Every time I went inside the room I had a headache and I didn’t feel good and it was trouble..

The room where nice and big, the food was really good and the staff at the dinning room was really nice and welcoming

There was a construction next to us and we stayed for 10 days so it was terrible to wake up every morning at 6am with the noises! All day long we wanted ro be outside the room because of the noise. We wanted to switch to another room and they didn’t agreed. We had transport from the airport included in the price and we waited at the airport for 3 hours and no one came! We were with two kids! At the end we decide to take a taxi because it was enough waiting The sauna at the spa didn’t work, the air conditioning of the hotel was broken and not really working, for some days our tv didn’t work….

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel but sadly will be our last. It’s been 5 years since we were last here and nothing has been upgraded or redecorated. This hotel needs a good facelift including new beds and chairs which are extremely uncomfortable.

The beds are like rocks - we were able to receive a mattress topper but judging by the number outside of rooms of departing guests we weren’t the only ones to request it.

I liked how close it was to the sea.

The kosher food was not very good, especially dinner. Inside the room I had bad smell from the closets, wet stains on the walls.

Everything was great, pool and room and breakfast :)

Can't think of something specific right now

Large facility with every amenity you would want. The hotel is on the ocean and most rooms have beautiful views as well as from the pool area. A fantastic walking/running/biking walking path runs by the property for miles each way, offering so much fun and beauty. Having kosher food and a Beit Knesset was amazing.

The property needs a paint job outside and to fix broken things in the rooms.

Liked: Cleanliness and location.Disliked: The facilities were poor, the bed was uncomfortable, and the food in the kosher dining room was bad and embarrassing.

Good location by the beach, close to shops and bus station. Saunas included in the price.

The hotel complex is divided into two parts - Jewish and non-Jewish. If I had known this earlier, I would have booked the Capital Coast resort and spa hotel, which is basically the same. The only difference is the food. I like to try new flavors and I'm not picky about food, but the kosher breakfast was very bad. The feeling from other guests and staff was also that we didn't belong here. Poor selection of food and drinks, the only good thing was that they made omelettes in front of you. The next morning we made coffee and had breakfast on our terrace overlooking the sea. We bought it from a nearby shop.

The location was wonderful, convenient free pick up and drop off for airport and accessible to local area by public transport. Very friendly staff. Large well appointed suite with a wide balcony. Lovely large indoor swimming pool.We were sufficiently impressed with our stay that we will definitely return.

Uncomfortable sun loungers (really need a cushion!) and balcony chairs. The TVs in the suite only had access to local channels. Access to international channels or possible streaming from client devices would be appreciated. A number of electrical sockets were insecure and/or did not work suggesting some general maintenance is necessary.

Very good for it’s price, nice beach and good location

It needs renovation, I’ll add some pictures

7jessicaPosted on: 3-3-2025

The kosher program was perfect for what we needed it for. The chef was very accommodating and nice!

The spa was closed as it was an off peak time, would have been good to know that before.

8RenataPosted on: 2-26-2025

Definitely the room with sea view, the view is breathtaking. I had a problem with the room heater which was fixed in a few minutes by maintenance guy. Their location is great, very walkable to the most city-seeing spots, also their complimentary shuttle from/to airport. I would stay again.

Their breakfast, I didn't find the items to be good quality. The hotel needs a little renovation, the bedroom wall has big stains and the paint around the pool is peeling.

5EmilyPosted on: 2-24-2025

Room was clean, and nice and spacious.

Receptionist wasn’t welcoming and was quite rude when checking us in so first impressions weren’t great.Breakfast in the morning was manic to say the least, extremely overcrowded, sat at a table and waited whilst my husband went and get his food, had been sat there for 5 minutes when someone came over to ask us to move as it was ‘their table’. When actually getting the food, people were bumping into eachother and was extremely overcrowded.

Very nice and spacious -small issues like a socket didn’t work and the sink was blocked but overall wonderful with amazing staff - fantastic location and views

Broken plug (making using laptop inconvenient) blocked drain small from a blocked sink - but I think these were just our room

6KlintaPosted on: 2-15-2025

Location at sea. Bed was comfortable and sheets too.

Spa zone. Sauna doors was fully with calcium and we had feeling that nobody cleaned that place a year. Tv at rooms only with local language channels where you can’t find even music channel.

It was nice and clean. Staff so nice. I would recommend it 100%

Beds been really hard.
