Absolutely everything! We were greeted upon arrival with cold lemonade and towels as it was a hot day which was a lovely touch and the nice gestures didn’t stop there. We had sweets brought to the room, free bottle of wine. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are sparking clean and the sea view stunning. The spa was relaxing and staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!!

Everything was Absolutely Perfect ? Staff are all extremely helpful and kind,They made us feel very welcomed.Took the all inclusive deal - worth every cent.Pool is huge and quiet, vibe is great for adults who seek relaxation.Nice gym for a basic morning workout, Facilities feel clean.Really enjoyed the massage at the spa.. highly recommended!

Food at the buffet could be better but was still enjoyable

The hotel is beautiful, and the pool is perfect (except that if you arrive after 9 am, there are only a few spots left), the staff is exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Coral Beach is a short walk away, and the water is crystal clear and perfect for a swim

Breakfast was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend lunch or dinner, as it was not what you'd expect from a 5 star resort.. so I would not do the all-inclusive package again, unfortunately

Cali resort advertise yoga and Spa but I was not able to attend yoga or get spa session

The property was very clean, perfect for a relaxing vacation, and incredibly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful, with a good variety of options. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. We rented a car and were able to park on-site at no extra charge.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were awesome and they treated us like royalty. Complimentary fruit platter and bottle of wine and free dinner on one of the nights. I would go back!!

The public areas of the hotel and the room were very clean. A guy named Ahmad at the front desk welcomed us very warmly. The air conditioning in the room was excellent

The hotel feels relatively outdated (even though it was renovated). The check-in process took too long, and there’s no option to order room service after 10:00 PM — we arrived at midnight and couldn’t order anything. The view from the room wasn’t great

No Jacuzzi - this was a major disappointment. I think they call it a jacuzzi but the water is cold.The food buffet was ok for vegetarians, needs some improvement, main dishes were scarce.Fiki - there’s a vegetarian menu but you basically get the meals meat eaters get that doesn’t contain meat. The pad thai tofu had no tofu. There were many meals that could have been made vegetarian such as salmon on a stick - transformed to tofu in a stick, but instead of this meal (and others) the vegetarian just didn’t get anything.

Exceptional high end property that was well managed and organized. Everything from arrival to departure was first class. The room was nice, comfortable and I loved the view. The dining options were delish for every meal, creative and fun drinks and tasty desserts. The creative menus and tasty food was a real highlight. Special recognition to the pool bar staff who were outstanding and keeping everyone happy with great drinks. The vibe was upscale and relaxed. Also special shout out to the bellman who was always greeting in the morning and evening, very friendly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the food was tasty and fresh, quite a large selection. We didn't take snacks by the pool, but the cocktails were very decent. The spa was also a pleasure - a great hamam and sauna. We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here. It was very nice that there was chilled champagne and fruit plate in the room, and then a small cake as a compliment.

The pillows are not very comfortable. And it would be great to add some fish dishes. Otherwise it was a great holiday, next time we'll come back for a few days.

Professional staff, very accommodating, very clean premises, regular cleaning of rooms during the day , everyone was discreet but friendly and the food was superb! The spa staff was lovely and helpful!

All the facilities. Spa, gym, really good breakfast, fantastic room with spectacular sea view. The staff was really professional and welcomed us first with a refreshing lemonade, the reception was friendly and made us feel really comfortable, and Mr. Costas brought our luggages to the room. Really recommend to stay at this hotel.

The staff were brilliant and the buffet food was amazing.

The "Japanese fusion" restraunt was served in the main buffet. It took ages for the staff to bring our food. Some of our party were so hungry they used the buffet while we waited between courses.

This was supposed to be a surprise weekend getaway for friends. The reservation was booked and paid half for the room at time of booking. Hotel called 3 days prior and asked to process the second half of the room which was approved and agreed to proceed. At no point was it said that a payment link was going to be sent. On arrival, my guests were declined check because there is still an outstanding balance. Not sure why when approval was given 3 days prior to process the payment. The front desk made it very uncomfortable for my guests and very embarrassing for me as it was a gift. It ruined their experience and I was dealing with the payment for the entire weekend and thereafter getting it sorted. This experience set the tone of their stay and unfortunately it did not improve. Furthermore, the breakfast had very little variation. All in all absolutely shocking, and disappointing

The staff is great and the location as well

There a nor rules for the Sauna and honestly there are people going in with their wet bathing clothes on, thats disgusting. Please put rules so that people follow the rules.The coffee is awful, sorry, in that category I want a real barista coffee.For me also the materials in the hotel are not good quality...

A beautiful hotel located only 2 minutes walk from Coral Bay beach. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcoming drinks and food at the reception and in the rooms were a sweet surprise. We were complimentary upgraded to sea view room and the views were really amazing. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. All the areas are renovated and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also great with many different options. We will definitely visit again.

Service was super welcoming, food options were great also for vegetarians. We enjoyed both the pool, the outdoor seating area and the spa. Highly recommended for a relaxed couples quality time.
